  Nice place. I think it would have shown better if all the clutter was moved out. So much stuff was hiding the real space in each room. I notice on aerial shots the fallen down ruin next door. I think if that was available with this property it would be a big win. I could see a bigger garden area or patio area. That is what it needs.

  This looks like a good opportunity for someone. With some work and imagination it could be really cute. Lock it up and leave it when you are away with no garden to take care of. The best part is walking to town. From our house we can walk to a mini preco in 10 minutes and into the center of town just a little farther. So convenient if you need something quickly or just walk to a cafe on a nice day.

  Boa tarde desde o Principado das Astúrias, no norte de Espanha. PERDÀO por os meus seguros erros ortograficos, mas infelizmente nâo tenho familia portuguesa e nunca estudei portugués. Acho que os estudo da MINHA QUERIDA LINGUA PORTUGUESA tinha que ser obrigatorio em tudas as escolas, liceus e universidades da Espanha. Escrevo para responder a uma dúvida: o nome desta árvore fantástica é CEDRUS ATLÁNTICA. A ista variedade se lhe chama tambem CEDRUS ATLANTICA GLAUCA PENDULA; "Glauca" por issa cor maravilhosa entre verde e azul e "Pendula" porque as suas ramas ficam "penduradas". ABRAÇO SUPERLATIVO PARA MINHA AMADA PORTUGAL de parte de UM ESPANHOL COM ALMA LUSITANA. ;o) P.S.: Em Espanha se podem comprar desde umos 25 €; obviamente pequeninos.

  Thank you for showing us this very nice property. I love the tiles, and the traditional furniture is gorgeous! I wonder if there was space to move the beds so the headboards would be against a wall rather than in front of the windows - assuming those wonderful wardrobes could also be moved. This home has me dreaming! It would have been nice if we had seen the promised pictures of the garage interior, and the map. I hate to mention your former cameraman, but he did one thing worth copying - while shooting the video he would say "and I'll include that now..." when the map was discussed, then when editing he would pause the video and include the map at that spot. It would be a good technique to emulate, it is frustrating to be promised maps or images that never get included in the final video.

  i like the house, love the back yard. i see a couple of issues, your guests have to walk thru the private areas to get to the public areas, and the bedrooms are a mile from the bathroom. maybe turn the small bedroom into a family bath/laundry room?

  When you live in a quiet area, it is good to have dogs that alert you to intruders (like all dog's favourite bogeyman - the postman!) Notice they did quiet down as soon as he left.

  Hi, If you are standing on the road looking at the house, the land on the right side does belong to the property to the fence, it has no central heating at the moment, 2 fire places, one on top floor and one on ground floor.. thank you for watching us ! 🥰
