As a New Yorker Carbs are a way of life from a bacon egg and cheese sandwich in the morning to a slice of pizza for lunch to some chines food or pasta for dinner time. I'm going to take you on my keto journey especially since I don't have a gall bladder. I will show you what I eat and how I make my meals to avoid carbs since my girlfriend loves carb especially coal oven pizza. I'll keep it clean and honest while you see me go through this change of lifestyle.
On my new journey to a healthier me, I've added hiking every weekend and I'm loving it. NY state has so many trails to hike and I plan on recording each hike from easy to hard. That's my goal for the rest of 2020. I also plan on sharing my keto cooking recipes.

So ox bile is important but can cause diarrhea. You said you take it prior to eating. Does this prevent the diarrhea if you take it 30, 45, 1 hour before eating. How long before eating do you take it?
Bile is alkaline, not acidic.
And he takes lemon/lime/ginger/ACV to reinforce his stomach acid so it can bind with the bila and neutralise the alkalines. That's how a healthy digestive system works. You can add Betaine HCL as well, instead of tha natural tea mix. Bile can produce acid refluxes and irritation as well, despite not being exactly an acid. I think that's what he meant . The still photo on the thumbnail is the exact spot we used to swim at when we were upstate at my grandparents summer house. So random you chose Bash Bish. Lol Their house was in Copake NY in front of the park on Mountian View rd. We used to shoot over to the falls for a hike and swim all the time. The water was so nice and clean and always really cold.
Haven't been to Lake Minnewaska since the 80's. My father used to take me there along with some other choice places (nude beaches as they were called) in the woods to go swimming. I'll never forget jumping off the cliffs into the water. There was the low one and the high one....what a blast!

Do you have to take dandelion when the gallbladder is removed?
Dandelion helps the gallbladder release bile, but Milk Thistle helps the liver make bile, even without a gallbladder.

Ordinarily I would be amazed at the level of opulence but I've binge watched Palace de Versailles, Palais Garnier and Buckingham Palace videos and the Breakers is a dog house by comparison to the obscene decadence of those places.
Breakers wasn't built by slaves like those other three. This is why The Breakers is better. Built by normal people and not monarchs.

Buttermilk Falls in Ithaca is actually taller (165') than Ithaca Falls (150').
In very dry summers, Taughannock Falls completely dries up! There is no water falling over the precipice!

The philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein visited Taughannock Falls in 1949 while spending some time at Cornell University in Ithaca. I had imagined it to myself for years, but only today I thought to look it up online. Much more impressive than I had imagined.
I went to grad school at Cornell Triphammer is my favorite fall in campus.

I still don't understand why people relate Taughannock Falls with Ithaca NY?? It's not within the City limits of Ithaca nor is it even located in the Town of Ithaca. It's in the Town of Ulysses in Trumansburg, NY.

Once and a while I would make Shepherd Pie for my husband and I for dinner and my husband told me the other night that it was the best Shepherd Pie ever. I had to agree I noticed a difference , because I notice that for the first time I made it with the meat that came from the Butcher Box. The ground beef was the Angus ground beef and it looked real high quality meat. Also, I've been buying from Purdue Farms and the chicken is real good as well. Made some home made chicken soup with it and my husband said, it was one of the best soups ever. I know its a little pricey, but it's worth it. My food taste good with these products and it comes well packaged and best of all right at your door. We Sold!
