Hi Sofia. I am so sorry to hear of your needle allergy. I sure hope you can find some needles. I am so happy to find your channel. I have listened to your videos that you have done in Portuguese, though I cannot understand it. I love and so miss hearing the language. My mom spoke Portuguese as well as her siblings and their parents. All of whom have passed away some years ago. I grew up with them speaking all the time. I never learned the language but got to where I could understand some, which, sadly, I have forgotten. My mom's family is from the Madeira Islands. I have a cousin, who is a nun, there who I keep in contact with. My mom and I visited Portugal and Madeira Islands in 1990. Such a memorable trip getting to meet relatives. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely stitching with us. I look forward to more of your videos.

Hi Debbie! Thanks for your kind words! The main reason to do the videos is to find people that share the same passion for cross stitch. I have been doing great friendships. Also I keep been contacted by loads of people that have or had Portuguese relatives abroad and say the same kind of things that you have mentioned and please believe me when you tell me those things the feel of joy is huge. Me too , I am daughter of parents that lived abroad and after that I have chosen to live abroad for a few years too(back home now) but I know what is to be far away and be able to ear someone talking Portuguese. Where do you live? Big hug and all my love ❤😘😘

Such a lovely story, as Sofia I also have some relatives in other countries, their children speak a some portuguese but the grandchildren only speak some words, I believe this is a natural process...

Olá, vou comentar os videos em português mas estou a ver também os que estão em inglês hehe! Eu antigamente não gostava de todas as cores, havia cores que não me diziam nada, agora com o ponto cruz (entre outras cores) acho que não há cores que não goste 😍... o kit que estás a fazer e que achas que está com pouca definição, ao longe tem bastante definição, às vezes o segredo é ver ao longe 😉😘

Irei fazê-lo para alguma que seja especial, no entanto não conseguirei fazer habitualmente porque na maioria dos projectos quando reúnes todos os materiais necessários, acabam por custar mais de 100€ e com os salários de Portugal, isso é impraticável. Hi Sofia. I am so sorry to hear of your needle allergy. I sure hope you can find some needles. I am so happy to find your channel. I have listened to your videos that you have done in Portuguese, though I cannot understand it. I love and so miss hearing the language. My mom spoke Portuguese as well as her siblings and their parents. All of whom have passed away some years ago. I grew up with them speaking all the time. I never learned the language but got to where I could understand some, which, sadly, I have forgotten. My mom's family is from the Madeira Islands. I have a cousin, who is a nun, there who I keep in contact with. My mom and I visited Portugal and Madeira Islands in 1990. Such a memorable trip getting to meet relatives. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely stitching with us. I look forward to more of your videos.
Hi Debbie! Thanks for your kind words! The main reason to do the videos is to find people that share the same passion for cross stitch. I have been doing great friendships. Also I keep been contacted by loads of people that have or had Portuguese relatives abroad and say the same kind of things that you have mentioned and please believe me when you tell me those things the feel of joy is huge. Me too , I am daughter of parents that lived abroad and after that I have chosen to live abroad for a few years too(back home now) but I know what is to be far away and be able to ear someone talking Portuguese. Such a lovely story, as Sofia I also have some relatives in other countries, their children speak a some portuguese but the grandchildren only speak some words, I believe this is a natural process...

Olá, vou comentar os videos em português mas estou a ver também os que estão em inglês hehe! Eu antigamente não gostava de todas as cores, havia cores que não me diziam nada, agora com o ponto cruz (entre outras cores) acho que não há cores que não goste 😍... o kit que estás a fazer e que achas que está com pouca definição, ao longe tem bastante definição, às vezes o segredo é ver ao longe 😉😘
Talvez tenhas razão em relação à definição, mas nem tenho vontade de pegar nele !

Irei fazê-lo para alguma que seja especial, no entanto não conseguirei fazer habitualmente porque na maioria dos projectos quando reúnes todos os materiais necessários, acabam por custar mais de 100€ e com os salários de Portugal, isso é impraticável. Pena porque adoraria 🥺. Beijinho grande
