This has been a fun rivalry series. My personal favorite game in the series is in 1997 when PSU beat OSU 31-27 after falling behind by 10 points. Some say we don't have enough history to be rivals, but we began playing each other in 1912. That's 110 years (nonconsecutive, but still there's history). And pointing out that Ohio State has a commanding lead (23-14) makes Penn State not a rival also makes no sense considering Michigan leads Michigan State 72-38-5. Yes, Ohio State has a heavy lead in the series but it's not like we're Navy to your Notre Dame.
