  @@301whips My one concern is that they stated to me that they did not design the BMS to handle dual batteries, and that is my preferred configuration. I use a manually switched hi amperage solenoid to connect the batteries when I need more juice for winching or jumping. They suggest not to use it with that. Given the Re-Start function, at least they have an easy internal jumper for ensuring you can start the car, another interest of mine for the dual batts...

  Yes! They sell a full size battery for alot of makes and models. It's about 14lbs and should work alot better. Price is around $1000 for those!
