I'm in my 2nd week after minimally invasive fusion surgery and I share a lot of feelings you mention: I'm a very active guy and a caretaker as you are, but I realise I gotta slow down and leave others take care of me :)

  I just found your channel. I’m 2 months out of L5 S1 fusion for the same reason as you. I have the added complication of foot drop from a knee replacement surgery 3 years ago that still doesn’t function normally. I still can’t walk far and have even bought a walker with a seat. I go to the physical therapy weekly, and he seems to think that my foot is causing most of my back pain. I know your video is two years old, but I would sincerely like to know how you are doing now?

  Thanks, Patti! Great description of symptoms etc. The fatigue and debilitation are worse than the pain imo. Hard to explain to what its like to someone who hasn't been through it.

  Patti - I have similar problems after fusion surgery and wonder if you ever found relief from your chronic pain post surgery. Can you advise which episode you discussed it in if so.

  Yeah!!! Good for you, I prayed and was getting. bullied at work, I kept praying. My wife said work hard for a new job don’t just pray. Guess what happened, I had a war with them when I fought back and had to hire a lawyer. Now I’m unemployed, no hits, failed interviews thousands lost on a lawyer that did nothing, in fact I wrote most of the comms. I’m glad you got some help, maybe 4 years of misery wasn’t enough for me I probably needed more.

  I got a question, I am a senior citizen and my husband passed away and not able to have an AARP Membership and so is there a way I can save as a senior citizen? I am 55 plus.
