  Hello technician, I have installed two standalone readers- VM4L , one for Entry door and another for exit door(two different doors). I use IVS software and both readers are online. The problem is with registration, I registered face from one reader, I found the person on the software and I give access level to the person, but once I give the access level to the person the person can no more able to open exit door(Fail to verify) however is the door which I used to register, the person can only open entry door. The access level includes both readers. Please I need your help.

  Hello brother, how are you? I need your assistance, I have a Zkteco time attendance device MB10VL and I have installed BioTime 8.0 . IP address of PC and that of device are on the same network that I can PING well, I have assign IP address of my PC to the server address at the cloud server setting of device but the device cant connect to the software and showing yellow mark icon blinking beside the network icon. What might been a problem?

  Hi Ifeoluwa. I need access to firmware for ZKTeco MB560-VL. This device Time setting via BioTime pose a challenge. It does not take effect on GMT but responds on setting to either GMT-1 or GMT+1. Or advise on probable resolution.

  ZKTeco Biotime has a 3 Months free trial period from the date of download, after which you will require a license to activate the software. The License is an XML file format, and its a onetime license.
