I have lung cancer and have had two of the three lobes of my right lung removed. I can’t breathe well and am on oxygen 24/7. I’m trying to make my lung stronger and breathe easier. My lung feels like it’s stuck and won’t move. Thanks for sharing this with me.! Rosie you are a trooper girl. ❤

Greetings from the USA.🇺🇲 Thank you and your lovely assistant Rosie.❤😊 You've helped me so much. I'm sitting here with an old fashioned mercury thermometer under my tongue terrified I'm beginning round 4 with the pnuemonia. I've quit smoking after 55 years. It's OK to congratulate me on that. 😁 I've earned it. But my lungs haven't recovered from the last 3 rounds of pneumonia on top of COPD. The exercises you and Rosie demonstrate are similar to correct yoga breathing, which is 50% of yoga. It really helps. I hope within a month or two I can sing again which is suppose to help. It makes the cats howl, though. 😂🐈‍⬛🐈 Thanks again.❤❤ Rosie, never smoke. 😮

Most helpful thing for me when I had covid was sitting by the sea and breathing the sea air luckily I live right by the sea but something about breathing in sea air salt water air cleans the lungs or opens them or something it provides as much relief as my inhaler for asthma which is quite astonishing so if you can get to the sea and sit or lye depending on how miserable you feel and stay wrapped up warm but just breathe that air in it will give you relief for a while it was like taking prednisone and feeling my lungs open up it wore off about an hour or two after but it helped when things were bad and I think it helped me get better quicker also hot baths or showers or breathing in steam with your head hanging off the end of the bed and any kind of mint smelling or eucalyptus smelling thing or spices you might have in your cupboard in boiling water with a cloth over the bowl and put it on the floor then hang over the side of the bed and breathe it in but be careful of steam burns or falling into the water if you start coughing you can also just sit up and do it by leaning over the bowl or stand up but it works better hanging over a chair or bed or table for some reason but be careful you don’t wants burns! Also I found steaming up the bathroom purposely blocking off the gaps where steam might escape and shutting windows and not turning on the fan and then running a very hot bath or shower and sitting/lying on the floor breathing does wonders for coughing up gunk and even breathing in an onion steam in hot water or cutting the onion and putting it in a cloth just about anything you can find in the cupboard that has a good strong spice smell like ginger maybe lemon would work not sure but worth a try the onion and cayenne pepper mix is potent but again be careful

Wow I didn’t realise I had anything in my lungs because when I cough nothing comes up but I feel like a have to struggle a bit to fully get air and I’ve been getting puffed and I have pain in my back but when I did this is loosened stuff up a bit and I realised that it’s probably just sitting in the bottom of my lungs where it can brew up a nasty infection and I’m probably not coughing much because I’m on codiene for my muscle pain and headache which is a terrible combination just a chest infection waiting to happen I will skip the codiene and do these excersises and try breathing in some Vicks vapour steam and if it still isn’t working I’ll be off to the doctor to check I’m not going to end up with pneumonia thanks for this I thought my lungs were just inflamed not full of mucus

Adam, I just found this video and want to say thank you AND Rosie for demonstrating these breathing methods. I suffer from asthma and other lung issues due to past pneumonia. I am calling my Pulmonoligst to ask for this type of therapy, but can I can follow your instructions on the breathing techniques. Thank you so much!! And Rosie is such a beauty. So sweet she is! Thank you, from Suzi in the USA.
