Just for the case - my 15.6" HP laptop fit pretty well inside that laptop pocket. And hip strap can be hided inside(there is some pockets for this purpose).

Very nice and finally pleasantly warm Simond Makalu climbing jacket, which is a plus. Although it will only be used every day and it is blue, which looks fantastic in terms of color, and in addition it covers the butt and kidneys, which is an advantage, after removing it, it fits nicely and is warm not only in this part of the body, but also in the kidneys, and apart from that it is great and the right length, like a quilted coat, which is a plus. And it has a very nice, non-removable hood that fits nicely to the head when pulled down. I wouldn't exchange it for another one because for the money the jacket is amazing. Although I only tried it on, I couldn't believe that I hadn't bought this jacket before in winter, I was just wondering about it, and although it has many advantages, apart from the hood, it has a lot of pockets. It will certainly come in handy next winter and beyond.
