Hello! My front teeth is big and not in place, so I decided to had extraction then have dentures but sad to say, it's the same, I cannot close my mouth. It's really hard to get picture like for passport that don't need to show my teeth. Can this exercise helps?

I have it. And I have a crossbite...I.m older & what happens after you get older, you kick your teeth forward. My tongue rests between my teeth. I wore braces twice and make sure to wear a retainer. I.ve been thinking of jaw surgery but I may not!😔 Great video.😊

Cause: 0:17 Bad habits early on Bottle and pacifier feeding, 0:39 At rest, tongue at top and does a wave motion 0:52 With bottle feeding and pacifiers, it causes tongue to make a piston motion (back and forth) instead of a wave motion.

In your mouth! 😆.... Sorry, couldn't resist. You are right, she doesn't say where the tongue should be. I'm no expert, but I'm guessing in that spot behind the upper front teeth.
The most basic thing to know is you want your tongue going up instead of forward as going forward will push on your teeth. So your tongue should be coming up behind but not pushing on your front teeth. I hope this helps!
