Hi Chinakwu, thanks for this info, please keep them coming. I wanted to ask if you knew about medical schools choosing their province residents for admission before you applied to Nova Scotia? If not would that have influenced your university application choice?
Thanks
Congrats on a successful intern year!!! 🎉

Hello Sir! I watch your KZread channel content all the time. Your contents are very good but due to some problem your videos are not reaching your audience. For example, your video is not properly SEO'd and tags are not used correctly.
Great video🎉.
Hello Dr Chinakwa Odenigbo, MD how can we reach out to bacause I have some questions to ask you. Have a greate day
My first 2 years out of school I paid down my loans aggressively but then after that I eased off some since they were much less daunting and also we purchased a home. I found being aggressive in the beginning was good for my mindset but later my mindset changed as life evolved! Best of luck!!
Please I want to know how you've done to pay your school fees of medical college in USA?
Hi, i'll be releasing a video tomorrow morning about that :)
@@chinakwu great 😃. I'm so excited to watch it. Thanks at first 🤗
Hello. Thank you for that video. It's a very encouraging video. Please where have you done your nurse Training? In Canada?? And how have you found your work as nurse in a hospital in USA?
I got my bachelor of science in nursing at St. Francis Xavier University in Canada
@@chinakwu alright. But please how have you found your nursing work in USA when you were still in Canada?
You did so well
Thank you!!! 😊
Hi Chinaku, I know it’s almost been a year but congratulations. I wanted to find out if you were an IMG? Thank you
Thank you!! Im an international employee but technically nor IMG since I did medical school here in the US
Is it mandatory to join a five-year general surgery residency program before becoming a surgeon?
you must do residency in the US or Canada before you can practice as a surgeon
You’re a real one for finding the time to make this video!
thank you 😊

Thanks for the amazing content. Quick question. Did you do a post baccalaureate program before applying to medschool or did you just move from work via mcat to medschool?..
Hello! I didnt do a post bacc, but I did enroll in a local college and took part-time classes for the pre-reqs while I was working.

I really enjoy these days in a life video! Keep it up!
thank you!!!
You betteerrr
Do you get phone anxiety when consulting other services ? I struggle a lot as a junior doctor to be clear and direct with my consults
hahah I DO!! You could probably tell from the stutter and tone of my voice lol
does it feel like it's worth the 11 years? when you come home after a tough day and sit on the couch, do you still feel excited for tomorrow and your future beyond?
Hey. Doctor here. Definitely. If medicine is your calling, there's no career more satisfying.
Can a Bs nursing degree from an accredited public university in a country other than Canada apply to US medical schools?
Call Med school and ask
Yes it can as long as you take the pre-requisite courses needed and your transcript is accepted by the medical school. Each medical school has different requirements so I would check with the individual schools :(
Where is your St FX ring ❤
Very nice and helpful insights as always These are important information for the future medical students ❤❤
