Camp Friendship is a sleep-away summer camp located near Charlottesville, Virginia. We are a family-owned business founded in 1966. Each week we welcome campers ages 7-16 to their home-away-from-home where they enjoy a fulfilling and culturally diverse summer camp experience. Campers create their own schedule and can choose to fill their days with sports, performing arts, horseback riding, high ropes challenges, water sports or arts and crafts. Half-day programs for Tennis, Drama and Horseback Riding are also available, and the full-day Equestrian Program for girls ages 9-16 is a firm favorite for girls who love horseback riding.
Set on 520 acres of rolling hills and scenic woods, Camp Friendship offers plenty of space for fun and adventure!

Trail riding is fun for most ppl thats probably why they do it and for ppl who have never done it:)
