    I have one kislux bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

    I’m looking for a rmsc dot for my tisas 1911 ds. I don’t want to have to take the dot off to change the battery. so I’ll have to skip this. Would be good for a budget gun. My budget gun already as a dot and I’m thinking of moving it over lol.

    It would be super helpful if you put "v2" in the name of the video. I've been looking through a dozen youtube videos trying to find a review for the v2 and watched this one because it looked the same shape, but you didn't mention it being the v2 until 25 minutes in. Thanks, though.

    I have a Contour for my 365 X-Macro TacOps, and it does not conceal well at all. It doesn’t ride very close to my body, and prints seriously under an oversized polo shirt. It works well in cooler weather when I can wear a jacket, but for warmer weather, it doesn’t work.

  • @Steve-Goff

    - apparently Tulster has some other clips for the contour that are narrower and curves so it brings it in closer to your body

    I have the SFT40 version also. So far, my favorite EDC flashlight. I think it's the best balance of flood and throw. On high, it can run without temperature stepdown, and it's bright enough. At least on my temperature setting of 55. Turbo is there if need be, but I usually don't need it. If I really need a brighter light, I have others.

    @@Steve-Goff Thanks mate. I bought a grill grate for my large fire pit, so as to get some air underneath the burning wood. Old things like that cost a fortune in the UK, but I was fortunate enough to buy one from a farm shop, selling all sorts of old weird stuff, for just £3.00. I wouldn’t be able to cut one, but you’ve given me a great idea. I could buy a new household metal drain hole cover. Cheers 🍻🍔

    The reason you add leather to kydex would be for the comfort to the human . Leather absorbs moisture. You have the leather part touching your gun you can have a greater chance of surface rust. The other negative I would say is that that clip the "fomi" type sux balls. It will not lock to your belt and when you draw your gun creates the situation where you also draw the holster. That is just my input.

  • @Steve-Goff
    @Steve-Goff12 күн бұрын

    - I agree with both points however I’ve had an LCP in a leather pocket holster for over 16 years and there still isn’t a speck of rust on it. I don’t carry it daily which probably helps and a pocket isn’t as sweaty as your waist but it’s definitely gotten wet over the years. Those clips definitely suck on that cheap holster. I wouldn’t trust it at all. I like the dcc monoblock clips
