I edit clips from Chapo Trap House. Usually, this process involves streamlining an episode to have a simpler narrative, compiling clips from multiple episodes to make a consistent point, and remastering older audio clips.
I get what Christman is saying about the cultural split and Thiel’s opinions are obviously real. However when the rubber hits the road I ultimately believe the main goal is to have have as many of his guys (specifically venture capital guys) as close to power as possible. Thiel and his fellow “venture capitalists” apparently have been feeling really hard done due to higher interest rates and other government policies and they don’t want to put up with it anymore. At the end of the day I believe their primary concerns are material.

At least half of all the SF homeless are not victims, they’re perpetrators and predators. Instead of coddling them and not demanding any personal accountability. It’s ridiculous. If you think these people are all innocent victims that are suffering, you don’t live around them. You don’t deal with them destroying property, inappropriately talking to children, stealing personal property of actual residents that work hard to afford rent, victimizing weaker residents to intimidate them, and the list goes on. Freedom comes with responsibility. If one can’t be responsible for themselves, they should be forfeited their rights and their freedom.
