  good luck getting a job after though. I think anything besides a sex registry check should be scrubbed from job offerings. Like what convicted 1st degree murderer is not going to be behind bars instead of looking for a job? I think the chances of dodging the .0005 percent chance of hiring a premeditated murderer isn't worth the millions of light/moderate offenders who can never work at certain places again and just go back to gang life.

  @@matthewrichardson2533 Well thats a good point, but one could say the same of other violent felons who wants someone who violently murdered someone or has a rap sheet a mile long. Near kids or women. But then again theres non violent drug offenses or someone stole something not letting them get a job makes it more likely they could commit more crime.
