I'm not sure I'm following your question. This video is about using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to understand the health of your products. We do like looking at the KPIs during a retrospective to brainstorm on how to improve our products even more.

I think SAFe is a needless over-complication of fundamental Agile devised for the express purpose of making money for its copyright owners. That said, I needed to know the terminology for job interviews and you have done a brilliant job with summarizing it - kudos and thanks! Very helpful indeed.

Hi Anthony, great video! Is there a study plan for the SA exam which breaks down the topics by days (day 1, day 2, ..). There is a lot of information to cover for the SA exam and it would definitely help to have a study plan that gives learners a roadmap to successfully prepare for the exam. Thanks again for the video!
@pocketcoach5606 Жыл бұрын
Hi George! SAI provides a study guide and a practice exam in your portal! I recommend taking the practice right away. The exam doesn't tell you the correct answer for the ones you get wrong, but it does tell you what sections to study to find the answer. Very cool! And you can take the practice as many times as you wish. Note, most people drop about 8 points from the practice exam vs the real one. If your score is in the 90s on the first try on the practice exam, you are likely to pass the real one.
