  Bust the nose off mine on the first attempt and thought ' what the heck ' so launched it without the nose and it flew like a rocket, very fast and extremely smooth. I've since re glued the nose so I expect to crash next time out :) :) :)........The trick is to launch this baby vertical it then has time to even itself out. I like flying it.

  Had the exact same issue. The Viper launches like a dream but the L-39 just nose dives. CG is spot on

  in my old cub i put 2 carbon bars in the wing. 1 3/4 and one 1/2 inch bar. It is so strong you physically cannot brake it.

  How are you running these rods into the foam and keeping them true and straight? You don't mention anything about how you're doing these upgrades.

  I wish you could help me out with setting mine up. I have only either landing flaps OR take off because I dont know how to set up the 3 position switch on my flysky. I just change my endpoints if I need landong or take off flaps and I wish I could figure out the 3 pos switch so I can have both.

  Mine hit the ground a few times, broke the nose and then on Flight three decided to nose dive into the ground - its all gone now ..........just parts...

  The L-39 went down without power in some tall ass grass or possibly one of the alfalfa fields which are tall enough now that you'd have to be actually standing on it to see it...
