  Very instructive facts I was not aware of. This adds functions not in my simple graphics editor. One question. Can you now save this as a .PNG image to use outside of Studio? Thank you very much for sharing.

  absolutely the worst customer service ever. i have a monthly subscription but cannot buy anything since the website changes. I did try to buy 3 files which were deleted from my total but i never received the file only the invoice.

  It's been nearly a month and the site is still not working properly. I have never seen any company have such a disaster of a roll-out. I sent e-mails and received responses that did not address my question. I am not sure they actually read them, just send a standard response. It is really making the company look bad. I love the actual machine, but the website is a disaster.

  The website is truly awful. It is difficult to navigate and unreliable. I'm due for a new machine and have been comparing between the Cricut and Silhouette. If this is the direction that Silhouette is going, it makes the decision a bit easier. I just want to make pretty things and don't have time for their sub-par site.
