    Was really impressed with the shaver,maybe the first second time I use it first time I used it. I started getting razor bumps. What do you have for the razor bumps?

  • @TheCutBuddy
    @TheCutBuddyКүн бұрын

    Thanks. I can definitely help you with razor bumps. Your hair takes a few weeks to get used to a different mode of shaving. But you should use it wet with our foaming shaving cream, then when done use the post shave treatment and then cover your head with either bump Buddy or aftershave butter. You can find all these on amazon or thecutbuddy.com. I would say the post shave treatment and the Bump Buddy are your best bet. There is also a dope tool call Wizker that will help you exfoliate before shaving.

    Can I use the shaver on my face?

  • @TheCutBuddy
    @TheCutBuddy4 күн бұрын

    The Bald Buddy will work on stubble for any areas on the face that are generally flat (cheeks and neck). But if you have coarser hair, I definitely recommend you use the trim buddy and foil buddy on areas where the skin isn't flat or is small. The bald buddy is designed to cover a lot of ground quickly.

  • @TheCutBuddy
    @TheCutBuddy4 күн бұрын

    Correct. This video is a year old. We changed the blades a few months ago to hindge design because many customers were dropping the individual blades down the sink. The product cuts with the same effectiveness. All we did was added hindges to the blades. Your version actually has an upgraded motor, which we added for free. We are actually doing some more changes later this year. We improve the item 1-2 times a year based on customer feedback.

    Np brother. It all comes down to regimens for any shaving tool for us coarse hair users. Kinda like training for football vs rubgy. Prepping and post treatment are critical. But exfoliation and great aftershave are 100% the most important. As summer comes, don't skip put on sunscreen! I neglected that for many years because I assumed my skin was sun safe lol. Cancer attacks many if us and bald head men are easy targets for the sun. Enjoy your weekend!

  • @TheCutBuddy
    @TheCutBuddy17 күн бұрын

    We are not freebird but I can comfortably say that if you are switching modes of shaving from blade to rotary shavers, it takes a few shaves to figure out your regiment. The users who break out are usually not following the steps coarse hair users should follow. Exfoliation, steam/heat, 2-4 minute wet shaving time, glide lightly over neck, close pores, aftershave solution with irritation formula, moisturizing, and lastly.... don't touch your head with your figures! If users don't have a regiment, rotary shavers aren't the best option.

    Not a a trustworthy review black men are not even supposed to cut their hair in a circular motion

  • @TheCutBuddy
    @TheCutBuddy22 күн бұрын

    which demartologist told you that? Coarse hair men require proper regiments for shaving. If you don't exfoliate properly before you shave, then you should not use anything electric on your hair. If you don't exfoliate before you shave, then you shouldn't bother shaving at all. A circular motion has nothing to do with ingrown hairs or black men. A rotary blade actually cuts hair follicles flatter than a razor. What you are trying to say is coarse hair men (not all blacks have coarse hair) should not cut the same hair follicle multiple times in one shave to increase the odds of an angled follicle cut which pokes into their skin layer and turns the hair around to create irritation... which causes ingrown hairs. Is that what you are trying to say?

  • @TheCutBuddy
    @TheCutBuddyАй бұрын

    The trimmer out the box allows you to use the lever to safely gap the blades. This tool is for those who want to take it to the extreme. It allows the lever to pull the cutting blade beyond the guard blade, which puts a user at risk of cutting themselves if they are not precise. It's almost like taking the safety off a gun or a limiter off a 4 wheeler. There are some barbers who prefer to be in control of how far they gap.
