Cut the tip it will more like a real fish
How did you get the adapter to make it work in your garage?
Can you tell me the best colors of whopper ploppers I don’t know what the best color is for lakes
It depends on what type of baitfish are in the lake you’re talking about. But generally the bone color or the loon color will do good. It also depends on conditions you’re fishing in. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
110%
It’s a great lure that’s for sure! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Good job out there! You really had a decent finish, considering the number of boats in the tournament. Enjoyed going along with you! You'll smash some giants next time. Thanks for sharing information and for having a great attitude!
Yeah I’m really happy with how I finished! It was a fun tournament to fish and I can’t wait to go fish the next one here in July. I’m glad you enjoyed the video and I appreciate your continued support on the channel! It means a lot to me
Wow way to go sir nice job finishing how you did quite a few anglers went out on this one you kept grinding and you got some better ones on day 2 you really know your lake and how those bass behave on it! Thanks for sharing your day weather seemed to be beautiful out there just that I’ve lost fish but overall well done tight lines and take care!
The second day was definitely a lot better than the first! Anytime I’m out on lake guntersville I always have a blast catching some bass! I definitely can’t wait for the next one coming up next month. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
Thank you for sharing your day 1 of this tournament on a very popular lake this was a very high quality video. Loved your commentary throughout the video really detailing your knowledge and understand how to fish for bass! You kept grinding and you didn’t allow that big fish lost stay with you too long but was able to regroup and still catch the right fish! Let’s go tight lines and God bless.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video and the commentary! I’m glad I was able to keep finding fish during the tournament. This tournament definitely gave me a lot of confidence for future Bassmaster kayak series tournaments. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
Great edit!
Thank you I really appreciate it!
The Deal is the goated color imo. Little darker top than goby bryant. Smallmouth do not tolerate them if they see it
The deal is a great color to throw and you’re right the smallmouth can’t stand seeing it! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
I came sooo close to getting one of these. I gave in and got a Humminbird Solix instead. This is 100% the next choice I would make though.
I was debating some hummingbird units when I first got the fish finder and ultimately decided on Garmin. Hummingbird definitely has some nice units though! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
@@RiverRatProductions Hell Yea they are. Keep it up.
I go up to bryson city every year, never have fished Fontana. But you can bet I'll be bring my poles and buying a canoe to keep up there.
Fontana is a Great Lake to fish if you know where to look for the bass at! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
What about the Warden pattern? Is it good?
Yeah I’ve heard good things about that color! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Good tips! I think you be catching them all after that lucky fish whistle tho 😂
😂
Well a local angler in Northeastern Ohio nailed 8.9lb 24.5" bass couple weeks ago. I saw the pics from his brother . Same lure
It’s definitely a great swimbait! I love the action of it
Where is this spot at
Lake Junaluska
Any tips for weak bottom signal on plane? Transducer mounted on Sportcraft 241 starboard side. I used the template. Thanks for the video!
What speed are you going when on plane? It might be because of the water hitting the transducer if you’re going too fast. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
25 mph
What paddle length are you using for this yak?
To be honest with you I’m not sure what the length is and I was about to buy a new paddle for this one. I can let you know what I get. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
great video! I'm about to start fishing lake james here soon too! Also, what camera are you using if you don't mind me asking?
It’s a good lake to fish! I’m currently using two Gopro hero 12’s and a GoPro hero 11. I also have a Canon EOS 90D. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
I love bonafides lineup and I love their products. I’ve been rocking a bonafide SS 127 for two years now and I love it. I have trolling motor and everything you can imagine on mine
They definitely got a good line of kayaks and the SS 127 is a great kayak! I like my native titan too but needed something to go down the river with. I’ll probably add strolling motor on my RVR soon. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
good looking yak.
Thank you I really appreciate you watching!
Great looking kayak! Definitely looking forward to seeing you out on the water with it. Appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. Keep up the good work and tight lines buddy!
I definitely can’t wait to take it out and get some good videos in it! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
just caught my pb today on this exact one while it was dark
It catches some good fish that’s for sure! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Would you share your setting for the clear view and side view just bought one today
Yeah sure I can once I get my kayak back from having some upgrades installed. Let me know if you have any other questions about it
Looked like a great day of fishing and relaxation! Got some tugs and caught some fish! It's definitely about having fun and enjoying God's creation. However, tournaments are fun and exciting as well. Keep up the good work my friend! Tight lines!
Yeah I can’t wait to get back on the water again! I have three tournaments coming up on the 4th, the 11th, and the 17th/18th. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
I just hate how big the stock trebles are 😂😂
They are pretty massive 😂
Fish on!!
Tight lines!
I like your boat, motor and fishing equipment and most of all you have a good friend to enjoy the lake with. You probably don't know how lucky you are. Please don't aspire to have a 21 ft. boat' 250 hp motor and tournament fish.
I’m very fortunate to have what I have and good friends to fish with. I love fishing for fun and getting to make good memories with my buddies. I started tournament fishing this year out of my kayak but I try not to take it too seriously and to make sure i have a good time out on the water. At the end of the day though the most important thing is the memories I can share with my friends that we’ll talk about for the rest of our lives. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Tbh none of these, the trd craws are the best in my opinion, mainly because i fish lake mohave az for smallies, i caught this 6lb smallie on my pfp on a flatworm tho! Thanks for the video, def subbing fr😊
The TRD craws are a great choice too! I love anything made by zman anything they make straight up catches bass. The flatworms are a great choice too especially for some bigger bass! Thank you for subscribing it means a lot to me
Heading to pigeon forge tomorrow for family vacation. Would love to take the yaks along and do some fishing. Where was your launch and take out spots?
Sorry for the late response I’ve been traveling! There’s a lot of great places on the river to fish and I hope that your trip went well. Did you catch any?
What bait is best for the dam at junaluska
Honestly you can throw pretty much anything down there and catch fish. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
Great vid m8, very detailed and up to date, can I request some live action footage of you on the water with it?
I’m glad you enjoyed the video and sure I can do that sometime! I plan on doing a video series showing how to read a fish finder while out on the water I’m just waiting on warmer weather. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
Isn't the French Broad a really dirty river?
It can be but it’s not that bad in my opinion compared to other rivers in western North Carolina. I definitely wouldn’t swim in it or eat any of the fish out of there that’s for sure. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
The identifier only needs to be visible completely, both boxes do not need to be visible. The extra boxes are for extra tournament identifier. If you have a double tournament or online event that box can be used for those identifiers. Most of us just write it down more so that if we accidently cover one or get a sun glare, there will be more opportunity to see it
Oh okay that makes sense thank you for letting me know that! I’m still pretty new to tournament fishing and can’t wait to see how the rest of the year goes. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
Smallmouth
I thought that too but after talking to a biologist it was a meanmouth bass. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
@@RiverRatProductions Meanmouths are hybrid Smallmouths and he could very well be correct. I fished there many times and never knew they had hybrids. I enjoyed tge video. Keep up the great work and fish often
@NcWraith Yeah it’s become an issue over the past couple of years and a lot of lakes in western North Carolina have meanmouth present now. Fontana has quite a few I have never caught a smallmouth out of there just hybrids. I’m glad you enjoyed the video I want to try to go back to lake James here soon!
French pearl
That’s a good choice you can never go wrong with that! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
At least you gave it a good try! The fishing seemed tough! But it could have went a lot worse. You will get em next time buddy! Thanks for sharing and for taking us along. Great to see you back out on the water. Looking forward to your next adventure!
Thank you I really appreciate that! I had a blast and can’t wait for the next one! I feel like every tournament I learn something new and can’t wait to see how much I have grown as an angler at the end of the year. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Kayak tourney fishing is pretty tough. Motors usage has made it even tougher if you don't have one.
Queen City is a man powered tournament thankfully but I have decided to get a trolling motor for the kayak. The bassmaster kayak series allows them and I can’t wait to release a video about it. Hopefully it should be out in the next week or so. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Great video! I see you got some nrs boots. You are doing better better keep it up buddy!
Thank you! I really love the NRS boots I wish I would’ve bought them sooner. Thank you for letting me know about them and good luck on Norman!
I would throw the trout for the smaller stalked ponds with trout and the perch for the reservoirs with perch and smallies
That would be a good choice! I like to throw the trout swimbait in reservoirs around here but will also throw the perch one too. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
can you use livescope with the provided transducer or what happens if you select livescope without lvs32or34
The LVS32 and the LVS34 is the transducer for livescope. I have the GT54 transducer for my clear vu, side vu, and traditional. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
If you do a software update you will lose the simulator files. You will need to add the simulator files in after any update.
Thank you for letting me know that! I didn’t know about that
Where was this spot at I'm a local and I don't even know where that is. Looks sweet. Great video.
After taking out the dam this spot has changed a lot and is not like it was in the video. This was recorded like a year before they took out the dam there. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Thanks for the tips. Tracks has Been my challenging moment. Not anymore.
I’m glad this video helped you! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
The original TRD. If you wanna shake it up a little, try the Big TRDs 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The big TRD is great and can definitely get some bigger fish to bite! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
I have 2.
They’re an awesome swimbait that’s for sure! Thank you for watching
Nice video and some great tips for those that have those units. Keep up the good work my friend!
Thank you for watching I’m glad you enjoyed the video!
Thanks more would be good
Awesome I’ll definitely make some more in the future! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
The finesse TRD! But the minnow is nice!
They’re both great choices that’s for sure! Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
If you ain't using both colors on two separate rods then you ain't fishing
You’re exactly right! They’re both my favorite colors to use
Best of luck RR. Glad to need the subs have dramatically increased based on your amazing content!
Thank you I really appreciate that and I’m glad I can make content for amazing subscribers like yourself!
