    I did cupping to my arm one time in high school. Turned out I did it backwards and my arm swelled slightly with what I believe to be lymphatic fluid. Looked funny for a couple of days, but I was fine.

    When pietzogenic papules occur just before heel pad pain occurs, does that mean the fat pad has escaped out through hernias into the papules and cannot be taped back in?

    Do I have tennis elbow? I worked biceps in the gym a couple days ago for the first time in 2 months. The day after I was fine. But the next I had limited mobility in my right elbow. My left was the same but not as bad. My bicep was constantly flexed. I physically can’t push myself to fully extend my arm.Am I experiencing DOMS or tennis elbow?

    This possibly sounds like something more other than tennis elbow. You should be properly evaluated by a medical professional.

    I feel like i have the same thing, my shoulder clicks from between front and mid side , when i try to move my arm upward.,, really big click but no pain at all… doctor said it is muscle imbalance inside the shoudler… could it be just chiropractor’s work, which i need??

    A proper evaluation with a certified sports chiropractor is in order to properly determine what approach is right for you. Having said that, manipulation combined with soft tissue work and therapeutic exercise is a game changer for shoulder issues!

    I have disc pain between the shoulder blades. I'm wondering if it could be the cause of my atrial fibrillation and digestive issues. A local Chiropractor here in Mass said he doesn't work on hiatal hernias when I inquired about that, but said he could work the spine where the nerves that correlate to hiatal hernias and the heart reside. Something is making my heart a-fib a lot as of late and it's unnerving to say the least. I have no insurance or primary care doctor and so am looking for alternatives I can afford.

    Been having sharp pain at my mid thoracic spine. I believe it’s a rib on my left side.it’s on the outer side of the spine which i believe is the costrotranverse junction. Do you think this is the adjustment needed?

    I find it extremely painful during the technique (especially when the device slides over those fibrous bunches) 😬because my tightness has been there for decades (scoliosis), but afterward the tight, "short" areas are stretchy and loose and the pain is gone. It has done wonders for straightening my posture over time.

    I’m so curious about this especially with myofascial stuff and other joints with My diseases. These tools are freaky looking and look like they are going to cause pain! I know of one place that does this but insurance forces PT to focus on one area but not systemic or large areas! Crazy

    Yes, cupping can be an effective tool, but usually other modalities and therapies are necessary with Frozen Shoulder

    Thank you so much!!! Just physically pushing my fat pad together already gives me some relief. I can't wait until my tape comes in. I have been going crazy with this heel pain not being able to run. I have tried treating it as plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, and at one time I even thought it was a stress fracture. Now I finally have figured it out and can get some relief. Thank you thank you thank you!

    Does talus being posterity translated result in ‘stuck’ swelling and reduces dorsi- flexion only? What other benefits does it have 🙏🏼

    Dorsiflexion and eversion will both be reduced, and the patient will report a "blocked" feeling in the ankle. Because of the joint malposition, swelling can persist.

    Most of the videos I have seen show the fat pad on the heel. My problem is the fat pad on the peds just under my toes. Have a tape technic for that part of the feet?
