Music Box, Rainbow, Charm, TAOM and Caution are the only tours where she would whistle live consistently, and even Charm and Caution fall short compared to the other three.

I'd say Charm is 2nd best, since she had more higher whistles than Rainbow, more whistles in general than Butterfly, and she was more consistent than Taom.
