I had the privilege to be one of his student for a few years almost 35 years ago when his dojo was located in Quiapo, he would roll in with his stainless jeep, and always had a smile on his face before every session. Salamat GM Presas, rest in peace sir

Kombatan is the only FMA that Ive seen with beautiful flow drill of kicks. The rest do not even show kicks as good and effectiive as they do.

Ji han jae is a hapkido practitioner but ji han jae is not the founder of Hapkido the founder of Hapkido is choi Yong sool. Ji han jae founded sin moo Hapkido which is a spin off of Hapkido

I disagree. Choi yon sool brought aikijujutsu to Korea, GM Ji added the striking portion. Hapkido is a complete art, with choi and ji the art wouldn't exist. But its final development for sure happened with GM Ji

These guys are insanely good in FMA. Also super funny guys. Manong Christian Metzner is like a wizard with Stick(s) , blade(s) , Speer , whip , and Filipino boxing.

He was very impressive. I met hem first time around the year 2000 in Amerika. As a student of GM Godofredo Fajardo and Earl Villanueva I had a long journey in the Presas Style. Being an Arnis student and later instructor in the Philippines was a great adventure. Arnis changed my whole life.

My teacher graded under EP in the early 80s in manila...he is the first guy I saw doing FMA when he came to train at our dojo...no one could get near him and I was the only one that wanted to learn kali

Nothing to do with Hapkido. The trapping is 100% Wing Chun. That's because Jürg Ziegler is also a Wing Chun Master and mix both styles.

The late Grand master Presas is the teacher of Johan Skalberg, a Swedish, founder of Kali Sikaran Intl. A very sought after seminar instructor and coach. He's teaching tactical units, professional athletes, instructors and corporations all over the world. So very proud of you guys esp.the non Filipino who appreciated our arts, the FMA, and introduce them to the world. Kudos👍👍👍👏👌👌👏👏👏

He's still doing seminars?! I attended one a decade ago, almost by accident, barely knowing who he was. I remember his good humor. Since then I've also participated in a Kali seminar with Dan Inosanto. What I'd give now for a Kareem Abdul Jabar instruction to complete the game of death master challenge!
