Hello! MY name is Angela and I love crafting, DIY's, woodworking, thrift flips, and all things creative. I just purchased my first home with my husband and we can't wait to get working on all the projects we have planned. Come along on this journey while I turn my house into a home with whole room renovations and DIY home decor. I will be sharing everything from budget-friendly to a little more expensive. My style is a combination of Contemporary, industrial, with a little bit of eclectic and farmhouse mixed in. While this is my hobby, and things I am passionate about, I do still work a full time 9-5 job but I hope to upload my projects on a consistent basis.

Such great DIYs. 😊
Fantastic. I love me some tumbling tower block builds
I actually think they turned out well on the last one!
Where did you get the test tube? So cute
All of your crafts today are amazing hard to pick a favorite.
Luvvv
Love watching you create! U are one of my favorite diyers!!❤
Queen of Jenga blocks. 🤗💓💕💞
Wow!! Thanks for sharing your wonderful ideas ❤
What about something cardboard that will give as the clay dries
okay so buy the time you got to the bird you became some what like a pro :) love your tutorial 100%
Can you use the silver cups from the tea lites to set the tea lites you put in. Just a suggestion. I love what you are doing. Love all these projects. Thank you 😊
These chairs are going to look stunning when you’ve finished. I don’t like the oven cleaner on the chairs idea. I think you were much better off just sanding then but I guess you wanted to try it. People never tell you how much trouble they had doing things, you only find out when you do it yourself. You’ve done a great job already with what you’ve done. Thanks for your video.
Hi Angela I was wondering if you have had any strong storm’s or really high winds since you purchased the pergola? If so how has it held up?
Hi! Yes we had many high winds and storms while having the pergola up and it has held up so well. There is no movement at all. It is an extremely sturdy and well build structure. I highly recommend this one
So creative. Love it. Gotta love those trolls and their pathetic comments.
We just bought this and love it - we need to install shades for protection from the sun. What hardware did you use to hang the shades?
I used a toggle bolt so that the wings on it would catch inside of the pergola.
Ooh just watching you made me exhausted! They look really good tho!
I recently found your channel, and I am loving your videos!
Damn! This is an excellent video. Exactly what I was looking for and the antique touches you added were masterful
Thank you so much! I made this because I also wanted to make a vintage looking frame but could not find a tutorial out there anywhere. I’m glad you liked it
I love the dough bowl but I think the little pumpkins cheapen it. And I say this with love because you’re my favorite channel but I think you should’ve put something more high end inside of them. Either way it’s adorable but just my opinion
First time to watch you, I subscribed 😊 In all my years I've never used paper mache so this was a great vid for me, learned what and how! Thanks
I love that! I love to learn and share new mediums all the time 🥰
Love!
I like the gold edge best on your flower vase. So pretty!
Refreshing to see the learning process. Thank you for sharing!
23:12 @angelajonesdiy You created it from "scratch" You say as you scrape the lines in the vase. You're so "punny", even if it was unintentional.
I have found using Elmers glue then applying acrylic paint then then using a heat gun and as it heats up you can get the crackles paint effect. Works wonders.
Hi Angela, love your show🎉 when you made the comment about bound and determined to reuse those flower pots cuz you had so many. Well, kick it down, I feel that same way about my cat, Samantha Page's, cat food cans. She eats us out of house and home. What to do with them. I saw these candlesticks that were industrial. Metal with banding. I copied them. And my family thinks they turned out nice. thanks again for great episode thanxoxoxme, Bon EKA CA USA 🌲
Can’t wait to see a tour of your new home, you’ll have lots of projects! The chairs are so beautiful, love that natural wood color! 💪💕💕💕
So is the oven cleaner supposed to better than stripper it seemed that it was a lot more difficult. Citrus strippers are far better than oven cleaner
That was the idea, I was seeing a lot of people use oven cleaner and I really like the look of how the wood turned out. It would look authentically aged but that did not work for me and you’re right it was way more work than it’s worth
Best of luck to you and your family with the move! Those chairs are definitely a labor of love. I can’t wait to see the new house and the rest of the chair makeover.
This project was definitely a labor of love. Personally I think they look amazing. Good luck with your move.
Congratulations on the new home🎉 I can't wait to see it❤
Can't wait to see the new house & finished chairs!! Take care!
Wow that's a lot of work. The end result will be gorgeous. So sorry about your back going out. Can't wait to see what you do to these chairs and how you accomplish getting the look you want. Congratulations on your new home as . Can't wait to see it and what you are up to with it
Looking forward to what follows next! Can’t wait to see what your new home looks like, but also really looking forward to seeing what you do with the chairs-know it will be great because it always is. Anyway, it’s a win/win to see your next video. BTW, take care of that back, believe me-it’s important. Hey, thanks for sharing your take on the Easy-Off method.
Thank you! I have never hurt my back before it was absolutely miserable.
So sorry about your back. I always wait for your videos. !! I love watching them❤️
Thank you so much I love hearing that!
Congratulations on the new house 🎉 and good luck with your chairs, which I know they will be beautiful when you get done ❤
So glad you had helpers 🐕🐕 to help you with the chairs. Your furbabies are adorable. The chairs will be beautiful when you finish.
Haha they love to help out
Yay! For new home tour. I can't wait. 😊 I never had good luck with the oven cleaner method, either. I found it was way more work and made such a mess of the wood. I'm loving the direction you're going, though. I immediately thought paint wash. ❤👍
It really is like twice the work and furniture makeovers are already such a long tedious process. Not worth it in my opinion
It's a lot of work. Thanks for sharing your work in this process
I wonder if bleach would have worked a little better....I have the same sander....such a pain. Good luck with your new home & chairs
It might have!
So refreshing to see something other than farmhouse !
You came to the right place! Farmhouse is not my style 🥰
Nice
I have always loved blue & green together...the dragonflies are stunning! ❤❤
Honestly - they just look like cleaner trash now.
Dixie Bell has the most horrific bad ethics in business. Not watching such videos. Sorry!
Nice actually, very homely and beautiful 😊
Great new projects to try out! Also, really love your Frank the Bunny t-shirt.
