The reason her psychic visions were phased off rather quickly (according to writer Ken Levine) was that the writers found it limiting in material. They wanted to explore Daphne's character more.

I like how when one character makes a joke, the other characters give genuine laughs. So often in sitcoms, after a joke is made, other characters just roll their eyes.

As a long time, multiple time Frasier enjoyer, I think "In that case, you should outlive styrofoam" is my favorite. Just thinking about it makes me laugh. From Kelseys delivery and subsequent frantic scanning of the hallways, to Roz's cold stare, the whole shot is played to absolute perfection.
