  Thank you! Since this is more of a one-time "show machining" (with no focus on time optimizations), it's not really possible to give a reasonable specification for the machining time. Let's put it this way: It was pretty work-intensive, but it was worth it. 😅💪

  This would never be machined from aluminum. Delrin would be the best choice... lightweight, strong.

  7075 is easy to cut...6060 or 6061 is more ugly
