Can i machine this part at Heller F series?
These parts are machined using our special crankshaft production systems. Learn more: www.heller.biz/en/machines-and-solutions/crankshaft-camshaft-production-systems
Are the guide rails for that entire track all one piece? It can't be!
No, there are segments.
Imagine having to set home positions and do grid shifts on a machine like that 😮
Can we get English subtitles?
We have an English version of this video here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/no1qta6GlsSoabQ.html
So freaking gorgeous, I can appreciate the attention to detail! Hire me as a tech please lol
As a CNC tech, I can't wait for these machines to be more prevalent nearby... If it wasn't a conflict of interest with my current occupation, my Heller hat would see a lot more! I got a great opportunity to see them at Titan's open house and man oh man! Absolute beauties... Welcome to commercial Heller, I am excited to see how you shake things up!
💪🙏
Heller rulez!!!
🙏🙏🙏
Interesting... actually do manual deburr... even at this level... "deburr is just deburr" you say? Heh... its just as much about philosophy as process control....
I was wondering why with all their precise understanding and checks of the dimensions, why not use a robot?
porn for real men
Looked like an amazing open house!
It was indeed! Thx 😉👍
Could you imagine trying to program this the old school way with G code! 🤣
dude that's super cool
NC controlled Autonox ❤
Wusste nicht, dass es den Nachbarn so gut geht, dass sie es sich leisten können mit solchen Filmchen die Kundschaft zu erschrecken...
A mini 5th axis Heller perhaps? The anticipation is maddening!
Da geht was 🦾
👍😉
Einfach lässig 👍 Wann kommt die Fortsetzung?
Heller hat Marketing 2024 mehr als verstanden!
👍💪🤣Cool. Funny. And now I'm curious to see what happens next.
Cool! Freue mich schon auf Episode 2…
👍
🙌
Very interesting. The clip entertained me. When is the next episode coming?
Thanks so much, we are already working on it 🤘
Da bin ich mal gespannt wie es weiter geht…
看起来很棒!!
Wow, richtig cool
Lieben Dank!
Very cool video, 👍👍
Thank you 👍
🎉
From wich company is facing head? Ceratizit? Thanks for this nice and clever product💪🏻
This facing slide head is made by HELLER.
Awesome. Very entertaining. Waiting for next episode...
👍
Time involved? Impressive
Thank you! Since this is more of a one-time "show machining" (with no focus on time optimizations), it's not really possible to give a reasonable specification for the machining time. Let's put it this way: It was pretty work-intensive, but it was worth it. 😅💪
Just what everyone needs ……a $25,000.00 metal pumpkin Seriously the true genius is in the software to produce that. Machine ain’t too shabby either lol.
German
Damn what the hell kind of microscope is that! Awesome video and machine work
Is it possible for this machine to not using Pallet Changer?
Yes, our HF series is also available as a table loading version without the pallet changer. For further information, please visit our website: www.heller.biz/en/machines-and-solutions/5-axis-machining-centres-hf
Nice work!
Sensacional ❤
Офигеть. Нереально круто👍
This would never be machined from aluminum. Delrin would be the best choice... lightweight, strong.
Quem me dera trabalhar com uma dessa um dia
I bet the real one costs 10x as much.
Is there any way getting the 3D Model of that thing?
Thanks for your interest, but unfortunately that is not possible, sorry. The steering wheel should remain a unique piece. 😉
@@HELLERMachineTools At least I tried, still thanks for the reponse though✌️
7075 is easy to cut...6060 or 6061 is more ugly
