I’ll have to agree about Rolling Quartz seeming to play it safe musically and not being anywhere near as heavy as the majority of the J-Metal bands. I think the little something they are missing is being live, they really shine live! I think they concentrate on putting on a perfect performance more than experimenting or jamming. This seems in line with K-pop work ethics and attitudes. It works as is, but I’d love to see them go a bit wild too, I think they have what it takes to just let rip and it’d be a thing to behold.

I think that Rolling Quartz always have a reduced and transparent band arrangement, you can always follow the structures easily. I'm used to a somewhat thicker and busier kind of band arrrangement from many Japanese bands for example, but the Rolling Quartz style works very well live, because thick arrangements sometimes become a chaotic mush when played live, depending on the quality of the mix and the audio equipment, and that does not happen with a band like RQ who have a light and easy-to-follow arrangement. This is a band that I can really recommend if you get the chance to see them live, because they play with a lot of energy and can put on a great show as well, and Jayoung is a gifted singer who really delivers live.

I was hoping the heavy start would have continued further as well. They obliviously can do it and they may someday give us one. Have you heard of Walking After U? They are a great Korean rock band too.

I found this song very catchy from the beginning, but it is far from being my favorite, although, after watching the choreography and listening to the song several times, I now find it completely addictive. I can't stop humming Show Time and I have it in my head constantly to the point that I connect it to the noises I hear every day. Help 😅 The MV itself is quite cheap as are other videos made with the same intention such as Animals, which is to promote their concerts, but I was hoping that SM would make them something of better quality, after all Super Junior hadn't released a song as a full group in quite some time. I agree about the whole promo for their concerts, not like they won't sell out because of how popular they are. SM could have put a bit more effort into the release. I added this song to a few playlists and when it comes on I can't help but bop my head because after a few lessons like most Suju songs they get stuck in your head.

Thanks! SJ started with the biggest flex they could! There are many things only SJ can do, being a bit cheesy (but not in bad way) is one of them. As you said, they do their own thing, and that's whats cool about them. There are some SJ songs I don't like that much, but even those songs are still good songs. Donghae said that he wanted another song or a mini album, but they said that the album would be nest year! For SS10 I hope they come to Europe! it's been so long!

I would do anything to see them live in UK. I guess a new album for 20th anniversary next year makes sense. This was kind of a 'we're still here and doing our own thing' song but fun none the less.

I saw some on twitter that were also not vibing with this song. So don't worry. 😄 I do like it, though. Like the others said, this is to hype their Super Show Spinoff tour and 19th anniv. I'm looking forward to watching this live! 🤩 They already released the MV behind. And I'm guessing Siwon had to go to his drama filming that's why he wasn't there when they shot the LSS unit when they're wearing the black leather jacket. He also wasn't there in that group shot/dance.

SuperShow has gone outside Asia. They’ve gone to Europe and North and South America. SuperShow9 was 25 concerts in 14 countries.

@@MediaGirl94 Too bad you missed the SuperShow in the UK. I heard it’s too expensive to produce concerts in Europe so SM didn’t do it much until recently. I’d go to Europe for extra shows. Just can’t miss the Seoul leg of their tour.

It's one of their concert hype songs, they tend to be my least favorite to listen to in daily life, but I've been an ELF long enough to trust that they know what they're doing. It's sure to be an amazing stage performance, and the vocals are always nice no matter what they sing so it's not a bad song. Leave it to Super Junior to release a 19th anniversary single as a pr plug for their 20th anniversary world tour.😂 Definitely targeting absent minded ELF- although they were kind enough to label themselves for newcomers, which was cute.
