I have several tree ferns (Dicksonia Antarctica) in my garden. They are nearly as wide as my lounge room! You would want a pretty big room for one of these

If anyone is interested, there's an excellent, very interesting read called, "The Secret Life of Plants" by Peter Tompkins and Christopher Bird. I bought mine through Amazon. And FYI: Plants really do have ESP.🤫

I had a rattlesnake plant and I tried to take good care of it with info from websites. The leaves got dry and had so many brown edges. I tried neem oil, repotting it and misting but nothing helped. What was wrong? BTW, I live in Denver CO and it's rather dry here. But all of my other 15 houseplants are fine.

I got a money tree. Died!!! I got one for my daughter it died. I was in a room with bright indirect sunlight and a humid environment. The trunks just disintegrated.

I read where putting small aquarium gravel on the soil which is have done to deter the gnats from laying eggs. But, in some cases it’s hard to see the condition of the soil without exposing the soil. I like the Venus Fly Trap option.

So glad i found this channel. I have been outdoor and indoor gardening for years. Indoor gardening when i left home and lived in an apartment. Outdoor gardening when i bought my home with nothing but grass; now it’s my little Eden . I am now indoor gardening again. Things have changed in 30 years so I’m glad to get current information.

Hi, new subscriber here; loved your channel right off the bat! Very interesting and informative. I did want to ask you about the staghorn ferns, which i absolutely love, in the shower. I know that tap water isn't good for any plant but is the steam from the shower different/less toxic? Looking forward to learning the answer. Thank you fellow plant lover! 🌱

I have a Sansevieria trifasciata. I'm growing it outside on my balcony in California. Had it for 2 years. It's very green and healthy. Is that okay to leave it outside? Thanks for the watering advice.

Thank you, that was terrific! I learned a lot! (I’m an Ozzie, and I have a small Aust Tree Fern in my courtyard garden - it used to have a large tree shading it, which is now gone, so when the sun is directly overhead in summer, I have to put an umbrella over it!)
