  Im late to this video but MERCY Atk Protocol still hurts u when your pet damage isnt based on might😢. Trans card also clamps your dps based on a %. So the more dmg you do the more dmg Trans card takes off. Dont think its a good combo it makes your damage inconsistent.

  It’s been tested before… always use solar mods with conditional cuz even after getting the 2nd bullet the game for some reason doesn’t recognize that the gun changed to stasis…. And hunters and wayyy more broken than titans atm 😂😂

  @@maggie937 it's both, but it depends on how many bullets you have loaded. you have 1 bullet more often than 2, so solar is going to help more often.

  Targeting, dexterity and anti-flinch are stasis. It’s only the loader mod which should be solar.

  I tried to make it work with collective obligation, which is also nasty this season, but sadly I cannot leech suppression from my super or anywhere else in my prismatic kit. Burried bloodline is also an amazing pick, though. Do you feel the volatile rounds have much effect on burried bloodline?

  In lower content no. Buried bloodline doesn’t really matter to have volatile rounds but in harder content you see the difference

  No man. I will say this is an older video but the information is still semi relevant since not much has changed in dcuo. Making money is fairly easy, especially if you can just as easily manage to run a successful Facebook marketplace type side hustle. Both have very similar ways of navigating. In dcuo case a lot of the valuable items and what will become valuable is generally the same/ same characteristics, so save it until later date. Then sell the items for a profit.

  Your missing a tank art, but it’s not surprising considering I’ve only seen two others use it and it was during Survival. The Legionary Sparing AI has a unique design that overrides ALL control effects for 6 seconds after executing a successful counter (block or block break) so it’s a 100% immunity to ALL in game control effects. It means the bosses can’t spam cc you after the first time🤌

  This can be very good and powerful in the right setup. There are certain powers that can offer something similar without using an artifact slot though. I hope dcuo devs finally add 1 more artifact slot so we have 4 just like trinkets. Having that forth would make it so the legendary sparing ai would get more mainstream play time in a lot more loadouts and builds

  @@Treyortj_ right now the devs need to focus on fixing the lag in the game. The last week it’s been really bad in the duo and alert. Not to mention there’s issues where tank immunities, breakout trinkets, immunity supercharges, immunity eight peace elite buffs, and the level 10 Lex Luthor immunity doesn’t work. The repeating theme for many tanks has been to be stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun lose Agro stun stun stun stun one shot. And somewhere between all of that of course there’s gonna be lag.

  Healer DPS Celestial Loadout: ST or AOE range with Trans (Or Risky Amulet), Trans, Ebon: Plague, Frost Breath, Divine Light, Defile, Smite, and Neo-Venom Boost Rotation: Plague full combo, Smite full combo, Frost Breath 2 ticks tap range cancel, Smite full combo, Plague full combo, Smite full combo, Divine Light no combo, Smite full combo, Defile, repeat. This rotation gives over 10 stacks before you reach defile. AOE or ST range: Plague, Frost Breath, Divine Light, Smite, Cursed Idol or Robot Sidekick, Neo-Venom Boost. Rotation: Full Plague combo, Full Smite combo, Frost Breath 2 ticks range tap cancel, Full Smite combo, Full Plague combo, Full Smite combo, Divine Light no combo, Full Smite combo, Repeat. Whenever it’s necessary make sure you go into battle with maximum supercharge and pop both cursed idol and neo-venom boost together. Neo-Venom Boost buffs Cursed Idol. (Viable) Cursed Idol benefits from Pied Piper’s flute. (Viable) Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Ebon with Scrap when you’re about to pop supercharges. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - John Stewart Passive 2 - Zatanna Pro tip: Not sure if it’s just for celestial exclusively but for some reason the Form: Man-Bat makes celestial’s animations faster. More noticeable on Haunt, Smite, and Guardian’s Light. You are getting damaging and healing quicker due to it. I think celestial’s animations may be bugged base kit for that to be the case. This may work on other powers as well. Nature dps loadout: Serpent Call, Briar, Vine Lash, Harvest, Voracious Plants, and Gorilla Form. In Gorilla Form loadout: Frost Breath, Heat Vision, Voracious Plants, Harvest, Return to Normal, Neo-Venom Boost. You mainly wanna use supercharges during boss fights is when nature dots shine the best. Also once you get the hang of keeping dots on the boss you’ll never need to transform back into gorilla form repeatedly. Keep the dots up with harvest. Rotation for aoe damage in hallways without supercharge: Serpent Call, Briar, Vine Lash, Voracious Plants x4, Harvest, Repeat. Rotations for boss fight with supercharge: Serpent Call, Briar, Vine Lash, Voracious Plants x4, Harvest, Gorilla Form, Frost Breath 2 ticks then range tap cancel, Heat Vision 2 power bar ticks jump cancel, Voracious Plants x4, Repeat. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Ebon with Scrap when you’re about to pop supercharges. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - Batman Who Laughs Passive 2 - Poison Ivy Water Loadout: Ebb, Drown, Depth Charge, Aqualance, WhirlPool, and Neo-Venom Boost. Or: Ebb, Drown, Depth Charge, Aqualance, Robot Sidekick, and Call of the Deep. Combine WhirlPool and Neo-Venom Boost if you’re max supercharge after swapping Ebon for Soul Cloak then swap back. Neo-Venom Boost buffs WhirlPool. (Viable) Can also buff Call of the Deep. (Not viable) WhirlPool and Call of the Deep benefits from Pied Piper’s flute. Rotation: Ebb full combo, Depth Charge, Drown, Ebb full combo, Depth Charge, Aqualance, Repeat. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - John Stewart Passive 2 - Black Adam or Zatanna Sorcery Loadout: Soul Storm, Frost Breath, Heat Vision, Soul Barrage, Shard of Life, and Neo-Venom Boost. Rotation: Soul Storm, Frost Breath 2 ticks tap range cancel, Heat Vision 2 power bar ticks jump cancel, Soul Storm, Soul Barrage, Shard of Life, Repeat. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Scrap when you use Neo-Venom Boost then swap back to Ebon.   Honestly I would use Batman who laughs card for buffs and pair with zatana similar buff support ability
