What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.
It is a feelling of wellbeing, rest, focus, relaxation etc.
Asmr can be induced by "triggers" I.e. hair brushing, tapping, soft speaking etc.
Some people experience a tingling sensation on their head, neck, back etc. when experiencing asmr.
Some listen to asmr to reduce symptoms of anxiety, loneliness, sleep deprivation etc.
