  "playerbase seems to be dwindling" lol yeah.. I remember feeling that same way too 7-8 years ago. Now Vermintide 2 player base dwindling because Darktide came out. We finally got Wizard's Tower in V2 but it's a weird remix version with only 20% tower, I wanted the OG map.

  If they made Empire 2 or Victoria Total War then I would definitely hope to see them increase the amount of units we could field and also larger battle maps for the increase in unit size.

  Imagine your a samurai you are trained since you are a teen to be the best warrior in the world you are a master blade handler you finally fight on the front lines sword in hand and then you get gaggle fucked by a bunch of people firing bombs at you from 4 kilometres away

  FoTS really are the best Total War if you want to see why Guns and Cannon rule the field, they get the impact of modern weapon clashing against old traditional weapon really well

  The cannons in Fall of the Samurai are awesome to use. Having a few in your army almost all but guarantees you will win. Their range and power is unmatched.
