  It’ depends. If you are the one that broke up and u really didn’t have a reason to then you’ll end up missing the person u broke up with once the anger is gone. If the other person u broke up with did nothing wrong they’ll hurt but they are forced to move on because of your rejection and that’s leaves the person who broke up salty and lonely . Because while they thought generally they can leave and come back when they want, they find out after the hurt party moved on, it’s not so.. depending on what u did during that break up will make them desire u even less.. this happened twice with me and the same girl and she’s always been the one wanting to return after i was good alone and I (the one broken up with) turned off the phone and began to live life with no attention given to her. It’s that part right there that makes them go crazy. Cause it causes a panic

  Even before I knew of no contact it used to work, what other choice did I have? It worked with multiple women multiple times, they’d come back after months and one even after two years, but fully hearted!!

  My ex can't stay away. I go no contact, like 3 days or 5 days and they reach out To me I'd never ignore them because I want them back it seems from this pattern they are still attached in some way

  Thanks so much for the information. I love your stuff. You mentioned not to post on social media every day? And I thought of this myself. That said I can remember her even commenting once before when we were together that I posted a lot. And I have certainly been posting a lot lately because I have some exciting new career opportunities happening presently. I guess my question is should I stop posting a lot simply because I want to be mysterious to her alone? I understand what you’re saying, but I don’t want to change my behavior based off of if she sees my stuff or not. To be honest, I’m at a point where I really don’t care, but obviously, I care enough to comment and watch this. Thanks again!

  After a 4 year perfect relationship this girl changed like overnight after I felt the shift in her approach towards our relationship I started stalking her tiktok just to find out shes befriended so many men that became personal and when I caught her watching their lives after saying gn, she broke up with me. It's been a month now since we broke up and I just know she gon come back It's been a week since NC rule as i tried my utmost best to understand and why she done what she done. I cried, i begged, i blamed myself even though i wasnt wrong done everything i can but nothing changed yet she still told me she loves me but doesnt want to be with me claiming she needs space and time. I'm just afraid for her by the time she comes back, i ain't gon be the same. My past 2 relationship similar story they broke up with me and not long after they came begging back and i was strong enough to say not a chance I'm wasting my time again

  Be prepared for when they reach out because they usually do come back at least once for a second chance. Do not break contact unless he directly messages you to reconcile. I wasnt prepared and fell for his fake emergency to see me which dragged on the situationship.

  My ex broke up with me. I tried to talk to him and I tried to get back together with him and he said talking wasn’t gonna fix anything. He message me a few times here and there but mostly just ignore me now it’s funny that he says he wants to be friends, I told him I said if you are communication with me permanently, that’s fine but then he said I don’t think I like the idea of not speaking to you again and then goes back to ignoring me

  Once someone breaks that trusted bond and leaves the relationship, they are like a rabid dog. Once it bites - it will eventually bite again. Move on, count your blessings that they woke you up! You've actually won the race because they will live a life of uncertainty and continuously kick themselves in the ass when they've realized your value
