I would love to be brave enough to take on a rotary engine 😬 But I'm not sure - but I love the styling of the RX-7. I understand they are a better bet than the the later RX-8 which (please excuse my technical knowledge here) had something deleted in the engine because of emissions regulations which made them more troublesome. A soft top Trabant!! New one on me. It's a Sunny day 😃 Confession time - we sometimes sing 'Sunny' by Bobby Hebb when driving around 🤣🤣🤣
Very Nice

The wheels on the RX7 are certainly bigger than standard and the engine compartment looks to have all the colours of the rainbow. I quite like the new Beetle. The Commodore is a rare sight. We had the Vauxhall Carlton and Viceroy and senator.
Glück ⚒Auf, Kurz und knapp Schönes Video, wunderbar!👍 LG Seven🖖
Amazing Mercedes Benz S Cupe from KK at 1/18 scale . Great details and excelent work at this scale . Thank you so much for sharing my friend and have a great week , take care !🎩👌🏻👍🏻🤝🏻🏆🏅👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It looks like they replaced the front of that wagon with a Caprice front end with the molded bumpers and not the original steel bumpers. Looks nice until you see the overhang of the 5mph bumpers that don’t meet any body molding. And that rear bumper sticker made me smile, 😂
Nice cars, Honda Civic CRX as it was called here, haven't seen one in long time indeed, probably last time in the 80's. Nissan Sunny was so popular here that sometimes I've still seen them on the road even in winter time. Ford Sierra is also nice to see, they have become very rare here these days. It was indeed such a futuristic looking car at the time.
Thanks a lot my friend. The CRX is really amazing - especially this first generation is super rare! I've seen a couple of the second generation (not always in the best shape but always with the huge exhaust pipe, haha). The 2nd generation was also still looking very similar about the design to recognize it as a CRX. The CRX del Sol was also pretty cool but a very different car compared to the previous two Civic-CRX generations. Nissan Sunny is super rare over here. I was so glad to see one because I haven't seen one for decades. I can remember this generation was also re-badged as Holden Astra in Australia. The sister of a friend had one when I visited them in 2004. It's surprising to see about some Holden models to be re-badged cars from Japan like the Datsun Cherry, Nissan Sunny and Suzuki Swift. But they did it even the opposite way so they re-badged their Holden Commodore as a Toyota Lexcen for Japan (I was also seeing a few of them in Australia back then). Oh yes, totally agree about the Ford Sierra. Nice to see but also became very rare these days. The design was so stunning. I must say I like the Mk1 even more than the Mk2 - although the facelift of the Mk2 with the black tail lights was looking amazing - but the look of the first generation was so much more amazing!
The xjs rear seat-your comment made me laugh who sits there-perhaps only people with no legs. Ha, Ha.
Hehehe, glad you found it Glyn! It was just my thought when I noticed there are even seat belts - who can actually sit there? hahaha
starkes Modell!
Vielen Dank!
Delicious Opel Commodore - love it! Cheers for the shout out - we were laughing about the new cars, old van - can you imagine if we had new cars .......NNNNOOOO 🤣🤣🤣Ford Sierra - very Festival of the Unexceptional 👍
I really like these old Opel Commodores. In last year I also heard that these cars were very well equipped. Opel has been in competition with Mercedes in this class. Haha, new cars old van ... I was also like "something is very wrong, EDE is gone, so what are the new cars???" hahaha. This Nissan Sunny also has been a very rare find. I was actually surprised about how many VW Golf Mk1 pre-facelift and how many Japanese cars were on this meeting. Much different variety compared to last year. The Ford Sierra was also amazing - loving the design of these cars since it came out. The Festival of the Unexceptional must have been amazing. I watched one video about it and there was so much and I noticed people were coming from all around Europe. Over 2,000 cars - must have been huge! Filming everything is most probably impossible (at least when always saying something like I do, haha) - but I guess at least once in my life I need to visit it.
@@BFDdrives Morning Sven - people coming from all over Europe was one of the highlights for me. Had a great chat with 2 guys from the Netherlands who were the organisers of Japan Classic Sunday which happened a couple of weeks ago to which HubNut travelled from the UK to visit in a £200 car 🤣 A free event!!!!!!!! Unlike the near £40 ticket price for Festival of the Unexceptional. It was a great day, but a little commercial nowadays. That said, I'd go again😂
@@OldCarsNewVan Oh the £200 car ... to find a car that drives is something you won't find over here, hehe. On the other hand the Perogua Kenari is not really something a lot of people are looking for and I am remembering that the car was meant to get scrapped and the only broken thing was a wheel bearing. Being honest I wouldn't have taken the car for such a journey, haha. But also can't fix a car when it is going broken on tour, hahaha. Free events are of course also always fun. The most over here are for free. But of course I also must say that the £40 are well spent to see 2,000 cars.
Fantastic model loved the dual tone combination on this one👌
Thanks a lot my friend! The two tone colour combination is really excellent. Also loving the colour a lot. Suits the (model) car very well!
Hi Sven schöne Fahrzeuge der Caprice Wagon is nice 👍
Guten Morgen Ralf!

5 likes! Another INCREDIBLE car show!
Thanks a lot Mike! It is really another incredible car show. I found it last year more interesting but it was still amazing what I got to see there in this year.
I'm pleased you did this video and we got to see it in greater detail. It looks to be in very nice condition. I note the rear screens in the headrests very posh. Engine sounds nice and sweet. So sorry your car has caused you so much money but you have done the right thing by getting rid and saved yourself the worry of more expense. I know the feeling of concern is it going to break and how much is it going to cost. Jag parts are expensive but garage labour rates and government taxes kill things very quickly. Hopefully the Golf will be better.
Thanks a lot Glyn! I am also happy that I did this video. So although I had the car for a very short time and it probably was half of the time at the repair shop (most of the time waiting that someone is taking a look over it because of a sudden issue) but it was a nice ride - but expensive and short, haha. The engine sound was so nice and sweet. But I had to decide ... getting rid of my Audi 80 to have some money for more fixes on the Jag just wasn't sounding like a good idea to me. So I decided to get a more reliable and cheaper to maintain car than the Jag as my daily. The prices for the Jag were really higher than expected. I did find cheaper spare parts but the repair shop also told me certain brands are not good and not a good saving at the end. And also Jaguar did make it difficult to find the same spare parts from Ford. Even Ford can make it difficult so that a hose for a Mondeo ST220 costs more than the exact same one for the Transit by just only giving it a different part number and not mentioning that it is actually the same part. The garage labour at the Ford garage was still alright but I know at Jaguar it is way more expensive. And at this car I knew there were still some issues. One door lock isn't working, then the textile stuff from the sunroof cover was going down. The hand brake wires mostlikely needs to get replaced because it seems like there are the wrong ones (just at the day I sold it these were again stopping to work but by experience I know sometimes it will randomly work again for a couple of days). The handbrake system is also different to the Mondeo as I figured out. So the people who are telling it is just only a Ford Mondeo in a Jaguar dress are very wrong. Only 20 % shared parts but also a lot of modified and different parts. So the 80 % aren't just the body. Probably the Diesel could have been the better choice about the X-Type. But I am not planning to do this project again because I burnt too much money on it. Way more than I actually expected because in these two months it did cost me more than my Audi 80 in 9 years. I bet the Golf will be better. It is only 6 years old, now. 1 owner car - well, now I am the 2nd owner, haha. Spare parts are relatively cheap for it and it is easier to fix something in the engine bay. It has less than 35,000 miles on the clock. So I also don't expect too many sudden surprises as from the Jag, now. This was also one of the problems I had ... I never knew what's coming up as next problem once I turn the key on the Jag. Suddenly the unexpected was going broken - things you can't just see to say "oh this is going broken soon" and no fault code unless it's finally broken. The Diesels are probably the better choice about this but I also wanted to show up with it in Stuttgart at the Classics & Coffee and the old Diesels with EURO V are locked out of that area (so I may get a fine when showing an old Diesel without an historic license plate).
Glück ⚒Auf, Kurz und knapp Einfach nur klasse!👏👍 LG Seven🖖
Vielen lieben Dank Seven!
Always liked the baby Mercedes from new . The 190E great design and lovely cars. We got the Caddy in the UK. I think people are missing a trick with the PT cruiser they may be out of fashion but the positives are they are cheap and just different. Pick up a good one while they are still around because the low price will see them disappear for good as some owners will feel they are not worth repairing when they break if the costs exceed the value. To answer your question- i like to hear you talking and giving commentary.
I also always liked the Baby Benz. When I turnt 18 I also had the chance to drive one at work when I had to drive to a seminar. Was feeling very nice back then although it was just only the 190 D with the 75 horses. I am with you about the PT Cruiser. It may be out of fashion, now. But had very good sales and suddenly when a lot of people decide to scrap it instead of giving it a fix of 500 to 1000 Euros because it exceeds the current value (not sure how much they cost now because nowadays it is like you've to pay 4000 Euros to get a car that just only still drives with new MOT but still having issues) ... but yes, suddenly there are way less of them. Keeping a good one is for sure also getting good in value at a later time. Nice retro design and it's an US car that can get you into US car meets although it's not a V8. Thanks a lot for your feedback about my commentary. Have a great Sunday my friend
@@BFDdrives The PT price here £800 to £1200 and no more than £2000 should get a really good one. Been to a good show today and was speaking to one of your fellow countryman. He was on holiday in Pickering North Yorks Moors and Steam Railways and found this show on the Internet. He told me how he was enjoying seeing the different cars and not just Porsche. I told him about your channel. Have a good week Sven
@@TipTopMotors. It's really interesting to see someone from another country at such classic car shows. I also love to see different cars than just Porsche and Mercedes. What I find even more fascinating are of course the shows over there with all the many British cars that aren't known here.
Excelent
Thanks a lot Marcos!
Cool car and beautiful model 👍
Thanks a lot my friend! I am a big fan of the 126 series. Loving the colour of the model. The rims could look a bit better and also I am thinking it are the wrong rims for the facelift model with the sacco panels. But overall really a very nice model.

Vielen lieben Dank Seven!
I Like the Opel Olympia. Never heard of this one before. Lovely Morgan but difficult to get into and out of. It wasn't easy when i was 17 so i dont imagine thats changed. The RS Thurner is interesting. Ford Fairlane-Snap. I finally got to see one.
Good Morning Glyn. The Olympia nameplate was used at Opel already since 1935. Since then the car had some facelifts until 1951. The next generation was then called Opel Olympia Rekord (1953) and it was built until 1954 and then Opel did remove the Olympia and just continued with the Rekord nameplate until 1986 when they introduced the Opel Omega A (Vauxhall Carlton B). So you could say it's one early successor of the Opel/Vauxhall Omega. Loving the colour of the Morgan. I never had the chance to sit in one. Assuming it's easier to get in than out, haha. But when thinking back about the Thurner RS then I was also not knowing about the actual trick about how to get in and out easily. The Thurner RS is really interesting. Yes, I do remember your video from yesterday about the Ford Fairlane Skyliner. It was so amazing to see how the metal rooftop works. Here it has been closed. I was first not sure whether this is the Skyliner (metal rooftop) or Sunliner (textile rooftop) but I figured out there's a detail to note: The Sunliner has a tonneau cover because the textile rooftop is not hidden in the trunk.
Vielen lieben Dank Peter.

Vielen Dank Seven!
The '57 Ford Fairlane looks to be the hardtop convertible known as the Skyliner... It is huge because the hardtop roof folds up into the trunk, or boot.
Hi Andy! It was also my thought on the '57 Ford Fairlane that this could be the Skyliner. When I am just searching for some pictures of the soft top convertible then it's looking like the Sunliner has a visible tonneau cover. So mostlikely this one here must be really the hardtop convertible.
Yes very cool my friend......❤

Damn..I have a lot of work to do, to see all the clips that I missed 😅 I don't think I've seen a Thurner before...very interesting car 👍😊 that 630CS is a real beauty, and I love the design of the 124 Spider Nice cars 👍😊
Hey Toni! There's really a lot that I posted, haha. But I am knowing how hard this can be. Sometimes I am also taking myself a break for 1-2 weeks without checking comments and only watching a few shorter videos. It is also challenging for me since I am filming so much - so it is like every day a video of 10-15 minutes. So I can understand when people can't watch everything. But I am happy whenever someone is taking a look into an episode and leaving a feedback. The Thurner RS is a super rare car. It was based on an NSU 1200C with a shorter wheelbase and the engine of the NSU TT. It was built by a small car builder called Rudolf Thurner. Only around 200 pieces of it were made and I've seen pictures of them and not all have the same tail lights. Really an interesting car - especially when even sitting in it for a short ride as shown here, haha: kzread.info/dash/bejne/paqNuo-Mps_PYLQ.html Loving the paint of the 124 Spider, really wonderful. And the BMW 630 CS with its old sharknose design is just legendary. I had lots of fun at this show.

Thanks a lot my friend! I already did notice that you're a big fan of Mercedes-Benz. In one of the next series I was also once again at the Classics & Coffee in front of the Mercedes-Benz Museum which usually has the most Mercedes-content of all such shows. It may take 2 weeks until that series will start but well, there are of course also some Mercedes cars to look forward in the next episodes.

The Ford Model T has the gas tank under the driver's seat...
Ford Model T is something I guess that will not appear to soon on my camera. So mostlikely Ford Model A and Ford Model B. But interesting position of the gas tank.
I miss my Opel Monza🥲 why did I ever sell that car🙄Nice video Sven
Sometimes we're doing odd things Mike. Opel Monza is really such a nice looking car. But I bet if you kept it then you probably would have sold it anyway because when you're driving them then of course rust is becoming an issue. Keeping them alive can be a struggle if it was driven for a long time as a daily. The amount of Monzas for sale is currently very low. I can see some for sale for around 3000-9000 Euros but on all I can notice that you still need to work on it because it was either parking for many years or just having some rust issues and got no more MOT.
