  He could be attempting to wash the windows,a bully could have thrown his hat up there, he could be up there getting a ball, frisbee!!! There's a million reasons but you want us to believe it's addiction, you think he's suicidal, if so he didn't climb very high... This is an addict's dumb thought, I should have went to the roof that way when I jump and I get halfway down,I might want to change my mind?????? It's just a thought.

  I haven't had a chance to update the info on this video yet, but this took place on Albany St. last year in Boston. It used to be known as "Methadone Mile". There is a free needle clinic on that street and lots of addicts hang around the area. The man was threatening to jump off the awning of the parking garage and shut down traffic on the street for almost 4 hours.

  Really should say never pick up a snapping turtle less you know how to properly

  This is correct never pick them up by the tail because it will kill them. You can pick them up by the hind legs or hand under the belly
