    Thank you for the information. I can hardly talk about other countries of Africa. However, regarding Ethiopia, here are some tips. Even though Ethiopia is located near the equator, more than 70% of its land is mountainous. Hence, it is referred as "The Roof of Africa" endowed with temperate climate. Moreover, it is a land of contrast where you can explore mountains up to more than 4,500 meters and lowlands (depressions) below sea level with the hotest temperature. All these geological formation make Ethiopia one of the 12 countries of the world with great biodiversity.

    For an explanetion Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan,Ozbekistan and Krygstan (all of the Turk Countrys) do not translate as "The Land Of The Turks" but it's like "The Land Of This Turkish Clan" beacuse Turks have seperated and build their own Clans and the diffrance of the Clans vary beacuse of their location and influence from nearby nations. Turkiye is from the Oghuz clan and you can call a native civilian ofTurkiye an "Oghuz Turk"

  • @Geo197Plus
    @Geo197PlusАй бұрын

    Normally, the Republic of the Congo, also known as Congo-Brazzaville, has its capital added parenthetically to distinguish it from the neighboring Democratic Republic of the Congo. So here, I recognized that the Republic of the Congo starts with the letter ‘C,’ while the Democratic Republic of the Congo starts with the letter ‘D.’ This is the way many other international governing bodies also recognize these two countries.

  • @Geo197Plus

    Rwanda 🇷🇼 and Burundi 🇧🇮 are separate countries in Central Africa, not one collapsed state. They were actually joined together under Belgian colonial rule as a territory called Ruanda-Urundi from 1922 to 1962. That's why the names sound similar. Rwanda and Burundi gained independence in 1962 and have been following their own paths ever since.

    In Iran we have so many Stan with other countries name: Armanestan= Armenia Gorgestan = Georgia Majarestan = Hungary Lahestan = Poland Engelestan = England Arabestan= Saudi Arabia Hendustan = India Serbestan = Serbia And many others 😍

  • @Geo197Plus
    @Geo197PlusАй бұрын

    I am really happy to see your comment about these “stan” cities. It’s not surprising because the word “stan” originated from the Persian language of your country. I can understand all of them except for these two: Majarestan and Lahestan. Why does the Persian language have different names for these countries? Is there a specific reason? Any way, Thank you for your comment and keep watching!

  • @nickzadeh2231
    @nickzadeh2231Ай бұрын

    Thanks, the reason Persian language have different names for these country (majarestan and Lahestan) I think because it is close to the original name of their native language: I mean I know in Hungary people call the name of their own country Magyarország. So the Persian used the first part of their name Magar + Stan (which means land). But I’m not sure about Poland why it’s called Lahestan in farsi. Anyway I’m surprised you knew the rest of the names. Then you must be from somewhere close like India or Pakistan. 😊

  • @Geo197Plus
    @Geo197PlusАй бұрын

    Thank you for your valuable explanation. No, I am not familiar with those other countries. I found them easy to understand because they follow a similar pattern. For example, Georgia is similar to “Gorgestan,” which makes it easy to grasp. However, Hungary and Poland have different country name patterns compared to others. That’s why I asked you about them. Otherwise, it’s the first time I’ve encountered country names from the Persian language, except for “Hendustan.” ☺️

    The concept of a landlocked country refers to an independent sovereign state that lacks direct access to an ocean. In this video, I’m only considering countries that are completely landlocked by a single country, meaning they’re entirely surrounded by one country and have no access to the sea.
