Acoustics are awful, but the talent and musicianship are right out front. Reminds me of my heyday as a drummer when we covered this in a concert at Daytona Beach in '69. We also did a fifteen-minute rendition of "Toad" that brought down the house. Our guitar player Rick German had it nailed.

I heard this song for the first time while being deployed with the Air Force, to the desert near the atomic weapons testing range in Nevada site in 1973. I was 20 then and Loved this song. After I got out in 74, I saw Fleetwood Mac at the University of Wisconsin Eau Clarie and this was the opening song. You have done this song justice. and I will remember your rendition forever! I am 72 years old now and still love rock and roll!

Great singer and one hell of a bass player too! The whole band is good but Caroline stole the show.

What other band had a run of six albums as awesome as Rush in the late 70s and early 80s.We have 2112, A Farwell to Kings, Hemispheres, Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures, and Signals. So much great music in just a few years.

Well done, the drummer could hit a bit lighter during the guitar solo. Always serve the song. Just a friendly suggestion. Good stuff

When the band was writing this song, bassist Geddy Lee thought it should end with either a victory for the oppressed or for the leaders when drummer Neil Peart suggested a third party get involved, the Solar Federation, who would 'assume control". Details from Geddy's new bio.

They should come to England and play at The Royal Albert Hall and connect with the original Cream vibe.

I can't believe there is only 10K views of this masterpiece. These teenagers all did a great job on this! I had the 2112 album and saw Rush in 1981 and this young group did it justice!

This is my fave cover of this song. Just nailed it - the guitar tone, the vocals, the way the bassist and drummer made it look effortless. Of course the energy was amazing! Seeing young peoples new love for RUSH makes me happy. Loved this!

My O My. They are incredible. These School of Rock musicians are really talented. The thing I like the most is seeing them enjoy it and this music is still going after 50 and 60 years, something we never would have thought of. Back in the day when we first heard it on the radio, we thought "viral" if we ever heard that term, was associated was a disease and not with music or popularity. LOL! now it is a great term. Also, girls are getting involved which you didn't see much of or any for that matter when the songs first were popular. I think their contribution is great.

I am looking at all of the Rush videos I commented on before, Mason is a infrequent contributor, so it is difficult to rate them. They do a decent job as far as I can see!
