Maybe you can supply an answer. Can one replace the batteries in the FX02, as one can do with the FX01? The FX02 User's Manual dodges the question. Actually, it states when the battery "dies," discard the shaver. Or, it states, remove batteries and "cut wires." Is replacing the batteries in the FX02 similar to a Braun...resoldering is needed to reconnect the batteries to the wires? Thank you.

I don't know about you but I wouldn't want the case to just pop off like the back of a tv remote. It would probably be much louder with the case backing rattling against the clipper.
