This songs of hers has 3 versions, the First and the best in French "Si Tu M'aimes" which She recorded in 1994, the Seconds in English "To Love Again" which She recorded in 1999, and the third one in Portuguese "Meu Grande Amor" (My greatest love, in Portuguese), which She recorded in 2001 and It made a HUGE SUCCESS in Brazil and Portugal. Thank you for this reaction. ❤ Please I recommend you to react to her singing live Adagio just 2 months ago, at in important concert. It was outstanding. I'm sure you gonna love it. kzread.info/dash/bejne/m5-L0rGDhJffaco.htmlsi=6kbXGZolIBbguCFf

As a lifetime Beatles fanatic, it takes a very, very brave, or foolish singer to take on this all time classic but this is utterly beautiful. Many tears shed listening, for several deep reasons. RIP.

I've said it before...Barbra is considered to be the very best in the industry. No one has a combination of breathe control and expression like her. She's simply stunning.

Interestingly, the middle movement is only 3 seconds long and has just two chords. No one has the faintest why Bach did this. Here, the orchestra adds to this a bit (which is quite common) so the 2nd movement is actually here from 10:00 to 10:19.

_violas_ is pronounced vee-OH-las; not like the flowering plants called _violas._ _Basso_ is pronounced "Bah-so". Have you never studied a Western continental European language? Do you not have a clue how continental European vowels are pronounced? Or do you just like to feign ignorance? For the benefit of ignorant Americans, _tutti_ means all instruments play together, as opposed to _solo_ ( or soli)

Daniel was a fan of Peter Gabriel and was heavily influenced by his music at the beginning of the 80s. He use the Fairlight like Peter used it for the first time on this 4the album. Daniel was even expecting to do a music collaboration with Peter. Our treasure. We missed him so much. Such a loss when he died accidentally in helicopter in Paris Dakar 86. I cry every time I listen to his masterpiece. Love this song. Doesn't age. You're right, it would have been a hit in England and America, perhaps with English translation sung by Daniel, he was able to sing in English. You have plenty of awesome songs from Daniel : Vivre ou survivre, Partie avant les miens, Le chanteur, Un homme assis attend la pluie, etc… But I considered this song as HIS BEST, and perhaps the best song from any French singer from that period (along with Michel Berger).
