  Nominee is just a Trustee of legal heir, therefore technically they should obtain Heirship certificate

  Sirji, One query - The deceased has made a Will in line with your earlier video on Making a Will. Is it still required then for the legal heir to get a heirship certificate? Would the Will not be sufficient enough for the Executor to ensure the property of the deceased is transferred to the legal heirs in line with the Will - kindly clarify.

  sir our cooperative society fisherman cooperative society since 50 yrs in Andhrapradesh. sir here society accounts are not clear they are not showing bills and for expenses they are writing in one small book. and they are not sharing any meeting with officials. they have to inform us but they are not. lot of misleadings happening to we have to ask this. please tell me sir your suggestion is very helpful for me.
