  Hi there sir I don’t want to come across as an idiot but I do feel like one atm haha but for mining jobs the minimum license requirement is a Manuel aye? I’m currently working on getting my leaners just wondering after that how long I’d take for me to get there? I’m a New Zealander btw so these rules are so foreign to me sorry for the hassle if you can’t reply that’s ok thanks 🙏

  Hi There, our company is located in Cairns, Queensland. We run machine training weekly, Thursday to Saturday. There is pre study that needs to be completed before we start your practical training. We also work with a recruitment agency who may be able to assist you with getting a job in the mines once you have your tickets. Thanks.

  Thank you for this video! I’m a 33 year old Canadian guy about to get my Work Holiday Visa to Australia, with the goal of working FIFO in the mines. I am willing to take and pass the tickets needed in order to speed up the process and start with a good knowledge foundation. I operate excavators as a mountain bike trail builder here in Canada. In the woods, steep and rough terrain. I’m also pretty eased at operating a skid steer, tractors, loaders, dozers etc. The size of the mining machinery is mind blowing compared to what I’m used to! Most of the operator jobs I see on Seek and such require some previous experience on specific models of mining machines. How does one get experience in the first place, if all employers require experience in order to get hired for the role? I’m considering taking the tickets you are offering. How often do you take on new people and how long is the course? I am planning to land in Australia anytime between May and September of this year. Thanks for the valuable info!
