I have been doing this for months and my body charges like crazy I can feel the energy sensation in my skin all over my body. I started to look at the sun straight, the first day one second sencin day 2 seconds and so on now I can look at it for almost a min, nothing is happening to my eyes and I am retaining even more energy. Do it in the sunrise. This energy is the best and it is free.

Sometimes I think Huberman is a robot. 'I encourage you to blink whenever you feel the impulse to blink', and this completely non-human advice to basically look at the sun. Anyone that has ever tried to look at the sun has regretted it. I know he says you don't have to look directly at the sun, but he also doesn't actively discourage it. He just says if it hurts to stare directly at the sun, dont do it. Bitch, you've never looked at the sun have you? It's literally not possible without pain and potential damage. I think he needs to be a bit more clear about just facing in the direction of the sun and letting it hit your brow. This makes a bunch more sense to us humans/non-robots.

Don't do it at all, you will only add stress and age faster. listen to your body, don't listen to people online. The fact that you ask random people online already shows how gullible and uninformed you are.

In high school, the fittest sportsmen hate studying. To sit down and study requires a different kind of mental discipline which these guys haven't mastered. Just having a good brain isn't enough. You have to put in the work with the books. Fitness and studying. Two different worlds. Most people only live in one. I guess exercising is more about it being an anti-depressant and a prevention for Dementia and Heart attacks. What's the point of exercising hard and then watching the serial on the Kardashian or doing some kind of absolutely inane activity. Why don't fit people stop this kind of nonsense in high school?
