  Clarifications on question no. 15 po, about Service Charges, there was a revised IRR which provided that all service charges collected by covered establishments shall be distributed completely and equally based on actual hours or days of work or service rendered, among the covered employees.

  Hi, thank you. I got tricked by my own trick question. 😆 The answer is b. New establishments are not exempt. Exemptions include: ✅Distressed Establishments; ✅Retail/Service Establishments regularly employing not more than ten (10) workers ✅Establishments adversely affected by calamities such as natural and human-induced disasters Retail establishments with less than 5 employees still fall under the 2nd case.
