About the cover songs, I mainly create these to share with my family and those who are looking for how to play the songs. This is why you will primarily see the guitar up close in most videos and not my whole body. Also, pay close attention to the guitar fret markers for a reference point.

Ace Frehley from KISS was doing hammer ons and really similar melodic riffs in 1976 on film right before Van Halen came out . When you hear it you'll realize HE probably got it from Jimmy Page as he was a huge Zep fan so...
He knew how to do it.😂

I was a young boy and sat across from Rick Nielsen at Maria’s restaurant in Rockford IL. They were at the height of their Dream Police fame and I was a huge fan. My sister and I were arguing “it’s not him, yes it is! No it’s not”! Mr Nielsen approached our table and gave each of us a signed napkin with a doodle of him playing guitar on it. I will never forget his kindness. A true gentleman and class act. He could’ve easily ignored us but he paid tribute to us, two squabbling kids under 10 years old. I hope he reads this so he knows his actions that day will always be remembered by me and my family. He’s my favorite rock star because of it
