This is too ignorant for me to ignore. The "elites" as he calls them of Africa fought for freedom. They resisted. This man knows nothing of our history or culture. Just spewing ignorance.

Caribbeans been coming to America since the 1800's and usually after 1 or 2 generations are fully intergrated into the African American community with very few ties to their Caribbean roots. Not too mention the Carribean immigrants and their descendants that played a significant role in the civil rights movement.

The real conversation is why do we say African Americans have no culture..... Stop the need to put AAs down at every turn...... I've been to many African countries and the first question I asked myself was why Africans act this way when they come to America...... Once they realize you've seen their backyard then they shy away from you...... actions predicated on lies

It must be a generational mindset/ intellect that I just cant get with. Identify as whatever you want but at least make it make sense. There was so much contradiction throughout this entire podcast from the trans side.

We don’t value our culture. Black culture is reduce to fads, we abandon the what was for the what’s now so it makes room for others to take it. Blues-> Jazz-> soul-> r&b-> hiphop… We have to embrace all of who we are and have been through both good and bad

Women give terrible advice but BW’s give the worst advice. So their central message for the last 30-40 years has been I don’t need no man right? Let’s look at how that’s working out for them. Least desirable women among all races, least married women, most masculine, the only group of women that’s the primary breeadwinner (cuz in most homes their the sole breadwinner) and by retirement age 60 their median wealth is 11k single. Now they want to run the country? Gtfo here

All of that, depends on your perspective. If Black Women define themselves by their income and job description, then what do you expect ? Feminism was not necessary in our realm of being supportive in our families. The shift took it's roots, in the 1960s, upon the introduction of the concept and the introduction of Public Aide, done simultaneously. It created an exit ,from what was then an operative model, supporting the construct of the nuclear family. The Black Woman was duped into thinking that there was a huge benefit, in joining the ranks of the feminist movement, a movement primarily relegated to the concerns of White Women. The Black Feminist concept, was only a subdivision of the initial model and as such, it was even more delusional. Women will never be equal to a man. Just as transgendered individuals, can never be their supposed choice of identity, because of their at birth ,biological makeup .

I'm SO glad he explained the definition of racism!! So many people seem to be ignorant to what the meaning is and often believe that racism and prejudice mean the same thing. They Absolutely do not. It's sad that so many people didn't read physical books or dictionaries before the internet, but if they did, they'd know that the definition of racism was actually changed (whitewashed) in recent years to what it is now. It sucks that so many people rely on social media and google for all insight and knowledge.

I am not black and should not poke my nose but I have to correct you on one mistake. African culture and identity did not start in the 1800s. Thats laughable. And culture does not mean Nikes shoes and music. Its about society. Masai Mara may also wear Addidas, but it does not mean they have disbanded their very old culture.
