  Crowning is how a press brake compensates for machine deflection. Most of the machines have some sort of mechanical deflection device on the machines. Wedges and hydraulic cylinders are used to compensate as the load increases.

  Mix gas is a game changer for anything thinner than 12.7mm on a 20k anything thicker most likely going to have to clean parts. But like he said its according to the quality you want at our shop everything has to be burr free. Our 25mm could pass without being cleaned but we strive for perfect parts.

  Hallo Michael Der Code kann mit einem Laser direkt auf das Teil eingraviert werden. In BySoft CAM gibt es dafür die "Part-ID" Option.

  What happens when the lens is flipped means by mistake after removing and fitted again in wrong direction.

  Couldn't be happier with our bystronic machines at our factory at Digga Australia. We currently have a 6kw and 10kw fibre laser, 2 brake press and just added a new bystronic tube laser as well and they are going great.
