  I’ve been an 8 wheel tipper driver for nearly 60 years and never seen anything as dangerous as this,the machine driver should have pulled that sunken tipper forward a few feet until it was level and he could have tipped that load,the machine going along side a vehicle tipping is highly dangerous because if the tipper goes over it would probably kill the machine drive,obviously Heath and safety doesn’t apply here.

  the dozer operator sure can move gravel , but he knows nothing about getting a truck out of a bind , he was useless to the truck driver,
