I know this property. Used to stay at the Vertus Wood Wharf. This penthouse is pretty nicely done. Do any of these penthouses in Canary Wharf are freehold or leased?

Nice good size, loft penthouse. Love that the marble featured wall is bookmatched with good sized bedroom and outdoors space. Is this the one on north greenwich O2 tube station?
Unless that outdoor area has a glass roof, all that garden furniture's gonna be ruined by the constant rain (it IS London after all)

Not really as long the they are outdoor furniture and cushions are made with water repellent fabrics like sunbrealla which is well known for outdoors and yachts.

I have been in love with this flat since the first time I laid my eyes on it. I was expecting a deeper presentation to the property, to be honest.
It must be a full time job keeping those open areas clean and tidy very day. Especially with all the dust and debris from the constant on going building and construction in that area.
Did you notice the height? No dust or debris will get there
@@aurematicdust gets everywhere, you’ll be surprised! I live on the 30th floor and it’s just as bad as the lower floors.
There will be dust but wouldn't be as bad.
