  "bamboozled" is clearly a masterpiece!!! It's a shame that it didn't have the same success as "Blackkklansman"!!! I Love Spike Lee sooo much!!

  A comedic film with depth that doesn't feel heavy even though (some of) the topics actually are. Masterpiece could be another term. Ramona Edith Williams is the cutest scene stealer.

  I love this film. It is about that summer, the heat, the blackout, the fear and tension of a serial killer in the area and how all of this affects the community. It heightened suspicions and lit a fuse where there were already racist, homophobic issues that made people even more violent.

  J'ai exercé un peu "par hasard" durant prêt de 2 ans en tant que moniteur éducateur dans un foyer d'accueil d'urgence. Vraiment, même chez les plus anciens et chevronnés des éducateurs spé. de ma structure, c'était parfois l'équivoque et la perplexité sur le bénéfice de nombre de placements. Au final et en résumé, l'ASE fonctionne comme beaucoup de "boîtes" : chacun se protège quitte à charger une situation afin de ne se prémunir de tout problème et erreur. Le bénéfice du doute ne profite pas à la famille mais aux services sociaux qu'importe les dégâts occasionnés chez les familles... C'est un milieu tellement enrichissant humainement parlant, avec un décalage incroyable entre le quotidien dans un foyer et l'accompagnement judiciaire/administrative des cas.

  A very good film. With just two actors it is hard to keep the attention and emotions of the watchers. In a situation like this I hope to stay calm and rational yet hopefull. Not complaining, not blaming, but being a woman I am not sure of that. He is so care-taking, terrible he did not survive. But II have to say...irresponsible to go there in that time of year with a pregnant woman who might deliver the baby any moment. In the (late)afternoon without watching the weatherforecast. They had warm clothes and blankets but no food! and hardly water. Being prepared when on a journey is something young folks and citydwellers do not learn these days. No harm done when you stay on busy roads, in towns where everything is taken care of. Another point: why???? was her coat open when she crawled out of the car? I see that all the time in movies. First I thought a kind of advertisement for the clothings, then bravoury. Coat closed, capuchon on when it is raining, storming, freezing, etc.. Clothes are worn for protection. I guess I am not only old-fashioned but even from the Stone-age.

  Si cette histoire est tirée d’un fait réel, cela donne vraiment envie de couper la tête aux représentants des services sociaux que l’on voit dans ce film. Comme toujours Virginie EFIRA ne fait pas d'erreur dans le choix de ses films et joue avec justesse. Nous avons de grandes actrices françaises. C'est une grande actrice BELGE !
