Is it true that eclaire opens up with the smell of burned rubber? It puts me off straight away. I cant do with putting up with that smell...plus i heard its a skin sense in the shortest time but lasts a long time, but has hardly any projection

Honestly, so far I’m disappointed ☹️ May not be the popular opinion. But, I feel like the rise in cost is not equating a better formula. Cooltrals and Nudetrals both don’t seem up to par like before for me

I broke my no buy for this palette too. I’ve not bought any makeup since January but I think this might be the best neutral palette I’ve ever seen (contrast from light to dark in the mattes & beautiful sparkly shimmers with a hint of colour). Mine gets delivered today! BTW your photos are incredible! It’s about time a brand snapped you up to be their professional product photographer I think!

I love your shimmer swatches!! They're the best I've seen online. I got both of these palletes and I'm still impatiently waiting for them to arrive in the US! Can't wait to get my hands on them. I thought exactly the same thing as you about the Cradled In Ice palette and Cooltrals. I was wanting Cradled in Ice but didn't want to place an individual order. Then the Cosmic Brushes palettes launched and they're my fave (along with Blend Bunny), so I knew I had to get them. And I was very pleased that I'm going to get that pink/mauve and dusty blue hit from Cooltrals that Cradled in Ice was making me want really badly!

I still like hearing your thoughts. I picked up both palettes and they are so good. I'm in the UK so I got mine quite quick and cooltrals is very similar to the Fantasy cosmetica cradled in ice so that's why I went with cooltrals. Cosmic beauty is one of my favourite indie brands ❤️

You are 100% right that most brands sleep on peach shades and being my favourite shade it is so hard to find. Do you have any other peach palette or shadow recommendations? I was expecting you to mention TF peach palette 😂 I have to wait to see if this ever comes on sale as shipping to oz makes it equivalent to a PML mothership.

Peach 🍑is my favorite color/shade next I 😍 lavender. I've been waiting to try Gourmand Girls eye shadows. This is a cute palette just wish they were more aggressive with the 🧡peach shades and less greens💚. I think that 2 greens and maybe a red or deeper peach shade would have been better than 50/50 peach/green color story. Cute eye looks, may get this one.

Goodness, you are so youthful looking! I never would have thought you'd have a daughter old enough to wear makeup. And good for you for being so ruthless decluttering palettes. I recently let go of some old Natasha Denona and Pat Mcgrath makeup I'd been stubbornly hanging onto, just because I felt guilty paying so much for makeup I didn't end up using! But I feel better now that it's gone, and I appreciate the space it cleared up.
