This channel is about preserving some of the mid- to end90s emo/hc stuff that hasn't been made available on KZread yet. Also, assorted records whose songs are already present but in separate videos will be released in one single video for better listening convenience.

If you are here you are blessed with a "taste" for music that's not what is popular at the time. You just need that something else...
Thanks for uploading. But the song order doesn't seem correct. I have this on vinyl
KZread thought I was suicidal and gave me a warning when I searched for this
I loved this record in the 90's not knowing they would put out at least 3 more absolute rippers!
Fuckin loved seeing these guys back in the 90s. Keep it hardxcore
Love this album with all my heart, all of Tom's projects are great but this particular album is very special to me. Thank you for uploading it and for the channel in general.
goated
I saw these guys play once in Woodinville. Long long time ago
Thanks for this
If you are good at what you do; be quiet when you do it. I pray for you.

So underrated.
awesome one
So good, Untitled is has such a cool sound.
SO happy all of these splits are on the internet!!!
Found this from a record store, End Of An Ear, in the 1 dollar bin they have there. The cover caught my attention immediately, sadly the record wasn't actually in the cover, so they let me take it for free. Glad it was uploaded here so I can listen.
Anyone have any extra copies of this supreme hunk of wax, not asking for an astronomical amount for it.-i'd gladly pay yourself for a copy of it. as I love Puritan & December. December's release "the lament configuration." is one of my favorites cd's I have in my collection. Puritan absolutely obliterates anything in Earshot too. Thank-Yourselves sincerily well beforehand, for your time, per my inquiry. Have a wonderful Day.

I love Jimmy but Jim's screams always reminds me of Cartman from South Park.
How is there no comment on this track? Bollocks! this is the OG EMO BANGER
Are there 7" available anywhere? I'd definitely pick them up. The s/t is one of my favorite albums.
one of my very first out of state shows was in Pa and the band I played for-played terribly, we did not have our proverbial shit together. But there is not much to generic chugga chugga hardcore and I remember puritan played and being absolutely floored by the intensity of the group, live. Your drummer had one of thee biggest septum rings I had ever seen in anybody's nose at the time. I had No Money on myself at the time and I desired to get anything from Puritan.-demo tapes, patches-t-shirts etc, etc. Not trying to reduce the message or the issues the band tried to present to the room at that specific time period, into consumeristic tendencies. I've ALWAYS admired bands that have something to say & are not timid to vocally talk or speak about their ideas or ideology.
Wow man! Was the show in Sunbury pa? Or which town? Which band were you in? No worries of you feel yall played off or whatnot, sometimes that can happen yet have the whole crowd still into it, based on the energy and exorcism of soul exhibited live. Then again I know what it's like to having a bad night all together, when the off playing translates to getting into a rough mood where ya can't even get into it emotionally, and everything is a train wreck. To me, those shows back then more about meeting new bands, playing new venues. Setting up lil camps of people to be able to tour back around to visit on the road while playing. That can still happen on an out night or great night. Wondering which band ya were in, and try yo jar my memory on which show it was. My memory of that era is very clean, so many amazing times. I dealt with depressions, yeah, but I remember most of those years. It was the years afterward where life got rough got awhile. My bands at those times definately translated the vibes of rough times, and those years I have some spotty parts on the memory. I had to clean up by traveling to new mexico to live with new family roots for awhile. Anyway I don't mean to ramble. Hit me up, I bet I can remember the show you're referring to. Plus def. Hoping to remember your band as well as playing with yall, thru the conversation here. Awesome comment man. Hope to find ya back on here soon.
@@theesweetscience2084 I played for a band called XcontemptX I had just joined them and barely knew any of the songs we played. as the recordings they had at the time were barely audible. No need to apologize for your "ramblings." expression/Communication is good for the soul, brother. it was just your typical generic chugga chugga metalcore stuff prevelent of that era. I'd like to say it may have been one of the Wilkes Barre fests. I gave your vocalist(doug?) my contact information expressing a desire to attain some physical recordings of you guys. had never heard anything from the guy but... Your drummer had thee biggest septum ring I had ever seen in anyone's nose for that time period.i have the puritan/officer down split. hope everything is grand for yourself, my friend. One Day At A Time. <---just take it.
I mean great song, great album, unfortunately the lyrics all too relevant today.

Hey!!! You’re who I share my username with
@@beingexemplary06 Woah! What made you pick that username? Mineral fan?
Never heard vade, not on Spotify! Do you know if vade was only Johnny Whitney singing? Do you know if Jordan ever did vocals, even if it was just background?
Jordan played bass
I love it. I want to find this band and put them on a tour I think the sound plays well in some decent sized bars in the Florida circuit.
Good luck. Have you heard of Minus the Bear?
Why the FUCK are they not on any streaming platforms????
were did you find this!
bought this record but my record player is broken lol thank god for this upload
A Hidden geam
Why tf did I sell this album? Guessing I was broke af at the time because that's a poor move on every level.
this band was so good at tension and release live... they would play a killer song and it would kind of peter out until they were basically just dicking around making feedback, long enough until you start wondering "wait, what is happening right now? are they playing or not" and then they'd destroy again
0:00 Puritan - Stationary 2:34 Puritan - Indoctrination 5:30 December - Spark of Amber 7:48 December - Fixated
such a banger
The second song is Autobahn by Karate. They renamed themselves to Rundfunk before they disbanded.

Oh sweet I can easily share this one now! :D
wish there was more black-influence. they mostly just sound like chaotic hardcore/crust
